Bitterly upset at the entire experience.
Was given the wrong dish. Queried it, as it lacked Potato, Onion or even being Hot (as in Spicy) as it was meant to be.
Took it away, along with most of the rice. Only to come back within 2 minutes, the same dish, but with just some potatoes added and NONE of the rice they had taken away.
Queried it again, only to be dismissed and told it was right, then insulted by the Manager in his manner.
Eventually, after MUCH effort, they finally accepted they had given the wrong dish, twice now.
THEY DID NOT LISTEN TO CUSTOMER.
THEY DO NOT UNDERSTAND CUSTOMER SERVICE
RUINED MY ENTIRE NIGHT & THAT OF MY WIFE.
