Have visited twice within a couple of months. The first time the service was so bad that we left and sent a written complaint to Cafe Rouge (not given a menu, drinks order or anything within 20 minute wait, staff actively avoiding eye contact). We were sent a written apology and assurance that this was being addressed. Went again just for morning coffee last week and same thing happened. Just appalling. Another couple complained and left the same time as we did for being totally ignored for 20 minuntes.
