Since the arrival of the MPG my son now has freckles and a light tan as prior to the arrival of the scooter he couldn't be removed from his computer. Very efficient purchase and delivery. Tried the Collect+ thing for the first time - email came, parcel was there, no worries about being in to receive parcel. the customer service is very good when i had a query about deliveries. I am not impressed by the courier (yodel) they use though as delivery times was innacurate (the item did not arrive at specified date) and the box was damaged (barcode to scan not even readible and battered outer packaging). the scooter is great and at excellent price. the whole family is having a lot of fun with it. Ordered some products from SKATES, first time buy. I went for the collect plus, delivered to a local shop. Fantastic idea as you can collect parcel from shop and not miss the postie if your out/at work etc. My local shop is 5 mins away so saves a lot of time. I ordered 2 helmets but only received 1 pack of stickers abd when they arrived the boxes were both in a poor condition. I rang to complain and was told to take pictures and that they "might" do something about it. I didnt feel valued or important to them at all. The purpe helmet also is actually"pink".
