Where do I begin. Ordered roller skates for for daughters birthday. Told they would be delivered on the Monday, received e-mail on Saturday and there had been a mistake and were not in stock but would be in stock and dispatched on the wednesday. We initially had a problem where the skates did not arrive, so after contacting customer support they said that the courier had left them with a neighbour. This is not a fault of skates.co.uk who did followed up on this very efficiently. The problem was that the courier did not leave a card saying that the skates had been left with a neighbour. skates is a vey good sight to buy things like scooters and roller blades and other varius stuff the service is excellent and all my orders have arived in time. the customer service is very good when i had a query about deliveries. I am not impressed by the courier (yodel) they use though as delivery times was innacurate (the item did not arrive at specified date) and the box was damaged (barcode to scan not even readible and battered outer packaging). the scooter is great and at excellent price. the whole family is having a lot of fun with it.
