Amida spa in Chelsea - went there on a Saturday with my sister as a spa day package treatment for two. Treatments- body scrub, back n neck massage, facial n manicure . Outcome- as a first timer in a spa I felt relaxed n especially using sauna n aroma rooms plus sitting comfortably in the jacuzzi. Therapist has good skills fell asleep while she massaged my back with gentle n pressure too.
