“Poor quality plus overbilling”

Call quality gets friends to complain. Signed up for the $8 service, they persist in billing me $16. They did not port my phone number when I came on board. This is a company you need not even think about using. (read more)

Axvoice is offering money back guarantee but it does not apply if you bring your own device so I opted for their VoIP adapter. Service is really good and I didn't need to use the guarantee. The way their online support works is appreciable. You get a response within 30 seconds.

To me axvoice is the best voip service. I have used vonage and other large company services but their billing systems are not satisfactory. They have so many hidden charges with their services. Axvoice has no hidden charges or things like that. (read more)
