Ordered a Zippo lighter from these guys, delivery was very quick, and free (using Royal Mail). Received Zippo, through no fault of theirs was not happy with the quality of the unit, returned and received a full refund! Very quick replies to emails and requests, would use again & recommend to others. (read more)

“Nothing either spectacular or dire about this site...”

Nothing either spectacular or dire about this site until a blade snapped on my leatherman after only about 3 weeks. They sorted it within 2 days. There was none of the usual 'speak to the manufacturer' ballache, they just sent me a new one and collected the broken one. I thought that was pretty good having been messed about with simialr situations in the past. (read more)

I chose this site as they have a very big range of Zippo lighters, and free delivery. The delivery was via Royal Mail but was quick, and I did get an email to say the goods were on the way. The engraving looks perfect, and my boyfriend was really pleased with the lighter. I wish he didn't smoke, but at least he can do it in style now :-) I would recommend this site. (read more)
