“Fantastic CSR, Terrible product”

My domain name was hijacked and I was billed $260+ in a short time frame. Obviously unhappy, I called and was helped out by Edna. What I wanted was the charge reversed and my account closed, and Edna did this with a minimum of fuss. While I was disappointed in the way the company handled my account, Edna was outstanding in the way she approached the problems at hand. I left my previous host for a long list of complaints. The most important is the site was down more than it was up. The second was when I complained they told me it was my computer. I have over 100 writers screaming at me they can't get on because the server is acting up and "It's your computer" is all they said? Bye. I chose this because of the reviews. “Can I do negative stars?”

These jerks--by mistake--deleted my website. When I called them, they told me that it was my fault (? my account was paid up!). But OK, everyone makes mistakes. Except that, OOOPS, they didn't have a back up. And oh, yeah, they had no interest in helping me out, even if I could locate backups. I wouldn't go near these people. Stay away. Their idea of customer service is apparently to take your check and twiddle their thumbs. The worst OTHER site hosting is better than these people… Read Full Review

“Don't they want my custom?”

All i wanted was to get a domain name hosted. Why do they need to phone you up? Not explained and is inconvenient for me. Ok. My billing address is in England but I am currently in the Philippines. So, a phone call is now not enough for me. Now they want to email me an "account verification" which I have to print out, fill in, scan or fax it back to them along with a passport I.D. or similar.
