after looking at lots of different contact management software packages and CRM packages I chose Amphis Customer because it was really easy to use compared to the others I tried, also very cheap if you want multiple users. I had been using MYOB but of course, support for that has gone, I cannot even register the MYOB 2008 version that I purchased so I just got a 30 day trial with that.
