“AWFUL TSHIRT QUALITY!!”

I bought a t-shirt from Tshirt Subway about 4weeks ago, I washed it for the first time last week, and as soon as I took it out of the wash, the design had completely come off the t-shirt!!!!! I know it was not the way I washed the shirt because I have many more band t-shirts and this has not happened to any of the others after multiple washes, let alone the first time! I am really sorry that you've experienced problems with the quality of your t shirt. It is exceptionally unusual for this to happen if appropriate care is taken during the washing of the garment. However, we offer a no quibble money back guarantee on all purchases if you are not entirely happy with the quality of our product. “Over one month, no shirt, no customer service.”

I ordered a t-shirt for my wife we'll over a month ago, we still have not received the shirt. They certainly took my money though, out of my account same day as the order. I've sent two e-mails still no response from their customer service. I am from the USA, and don't want to spend the money on an international phone call to get customer service. I'm sorry. It's really frustrating when that happens. In circumstances where an order fails to arrive it is our policy at T Shirt Subway to send a replacement order or refund in full if our customer prefers. You ordered with us on 22nd of May and the order was dispatched on 30th May via 1st class Royal Mail. It would seem that your order has gone astray in the post and so in accordance with our usual policy we have arranged for a replacement order to be sent immediately. We regret that you were unable to speak to anyone when you called but we acted within 22 hours of receiving your email on Saturday 15th June. We take customer satisfaction very seriously and feel your feedback is a little unfair. That said all we want is a happy customer and hopefully you will have received your order by now.

T Shirt Subway is committed to dispatching orders within 48 hours of receipt. What we can't control, however, is the length of time an order takes to be delivered. As you chose standard 1st class delivery, it can take anything from 1 day in the UK to possibly 3 weeks internationally. What we will guarantee is that if your order fails to show, we will either refund you or send another in direct replacement. We can't be fairer than that. After ordering three t-shirts and payed about 60£, nothing has been delivered. They do not respond to email or on the phone number at their website. Unfortunately I found this site after ordering ... After digging around I found that the guy responsible lives in Liverpool: Calling that number did not quite help, he told me to phone him at the "company number" instead and that they ship thousands of t-shirts every day, then he just hung up. Without knowing your identity, i am unable to comment specifically. However, we take customer service very seriously. All email enquiries are dealt with at customerservices@tshirtsubway.com by professional well trained people. Customers are able to call us directly using a number posted on the website. If your order fails to show, we replace it in ALL instances so i don't understand why you feel it necessary to attack us so aggressively with your comments.

Simple - do NOT order from this website. Appauling customer service, they do not respond to emails, the only email I received was to say that my tshirt has been dispatched which was a total lie! “This company is a fraud!!!”

I order 200 Euros worth of t-shirts months ago. I have been charged but never received anything. I wrote to them through the website, and then on facebook but still no answer. I posted a comment stating that I had been frauded, and they replied still on facebook, stating that I was fake, that I had never purchased, and finally, that they tried to contact me dozens of times and that I refused to answer. Should be 'No Stars rating' though this was not an option. Very disapointed. Ordered 'Bob Marley T shirt. Took ages to arrive. T shirt in my opinion is of poor quality (print pattern already peeling). The T shirt is also too small. I note from their 'Returns policy' that if someone has ordered a particular size, then it cannot be returned if that size was sent. "A medium size T shirt varies from one medium size to another"! “Sizes and Returns None Existent ”

My mother wanted a Motorhead shirt for some time and has a rather small stature. Looking at the shirt and measurements it appeared fine, if a bit expensive. The shirt looks like it was made for a small child rather than a small adult and was more likely than not a couple inches smaller than the measurements given. “Absolute rip off”

Ordered a ladies small tee for my daughter. It arrived on time but with no invoice details. It's absolutely tiny and looks like something that would fit a very small child. I've sent 5 emails and heard nothing back. I can't find any order Details on my computer to remind me what method of payment I used. There are no contact details for the company apart from the email. Uh, what I've read here it doesn't sound good... I've just send them my 2nd email. I haven't heard from them since they confirmed receiving my order 27th Feb, and then - dead silence...
I only hope that yours and other 15 (!) cases are just isolated ones, since they state they have thousands of happy customers. We'll see...

I'll be back, hopefully with a positive review.

To have all the story at one place, just to continue from the previous comment. So, as I said before, I send the T-shirt back, since all the letters just piled off after the first washing. And they send me a new one - this time it is a wrong size T-shirt! I send them another email... We'll see. All this has become so frustrating, so surreal, that it's almost a fun... These guys are just unbelievable. DEFINITELY DO NOT TAKE ANY CHANCE WITH THEM!

Huh, me again, as promised, and with a bad news...
A coincidence or not, just a day after I left the comment here, I've received a confirmation from the Subway informing me that my T-shiort has been sent off. And then T-shrt arrived a few days ago... One washing and almost all the letters started to pill off... I've send an email to Subway. I'll send the shirt back and will be expecting either return of the money or the new shirt.

I've been after some decent band T-shirts for ages and was impressed with the variety and choice of styles and designs on TShirtsubway.com.
