I was after a new computer monitor and after some price comparisons, I came to CBC. For the monitor I wanted, they were the cheapest, with free delivery! "What a fantastic deal" I thought. After waiting a while for my order, I emailed in, asking about its status. I got a quick response from a member of the team [James] and soon after I was able to track my delivery. I'll keep it short - CBC made a mistake with the product listing on their website. I ordered a 17" Acer Travelmate laptop and received a 15" Aspire. It turned out that part numbers and prices were mixed up at their end. The ordering process online was easy and email notifications flowed to keep me up to date with progress. I took the 'standard delivery' option which gave me free delivery as I was spending over £20. This meant delivery within 5 working days. Delivery was in fact much quicker - 2-3 days. My only issue is that the wrong item was sent. This keyboard is great value for money and supprisingly well lit. I also have a Razer keyboard that is illuminated but not as well as the Sidewinder X4. The Sidewinder X4 is as responsive as a Razer keyboard and easier to set up the special gaming keys. Another plus is that the razer drivers add about 30 seconds on to boot time, the sidewinder does not have this issue either. The only down side so far is that the Sidewinder X4 has fewer dedicated gaming keys than the Razer keyboards. I would... (read more)

The product was delivered very promptly within 48 hours. That is only element i liked. But when I find that the product is not the right kind of product and wanted to return this shop wasted my valuable time. After one week of email correspondences they permitted to return the product.
