I have bought four Multifuel stoves from four different maunfacturers from Woodburner Warehouse. The last was a Firebelly stove - a top of the range product costing more than £1500. After a month of use the glass became hazy with what appeared to be numerous tiny bubbles inside the glass. No amount of cleaning with approved products changed this. I had been shopping around for a few months for a Morso Squirrel. Woodburner Warehouse had it at a competitive price. What swayed it for me was when I made my initial call to them, all my questions were answered in a professional manner (not putting you on hold or "i'll get someone to call you back!") Bought a Morso Owl stove from these guys on a Monday evening and it was on my door in Scotland the following Monday. Saved about 30% on the price from anywhere locally. I forgot to ask for a couple of clips and they overnighted them to me at no extra charge. Absolutely excellent service and would have no hesitation recommending them....

Purchased a Morso stove and had a flue system designed. The stove was delivered within 3 days of ordering and the flue system was delivered in 2 days. We were very pleased with the level of service we received and the overal cost of the unit and system was much lower than a local shop. we also vistied Woodburner Warehouses showroom as we holiday in Wales twice a year and were very friendly and helpful.
