2 out of 3 items were delivered within 2 days; excellent, but disappointed that 3rd item wasn't there; when I emailed to ask about 3rd item I was told it was out of stock and not expected to be IN stock for another 2 weeks; deep sadness, but, I suppose that's the way the cookie crumbles.

Great service, prompt delivery, great product I'm a first time didgeridoo player so wasn't too sure how it should sound, but it looks great, sounds great well to me it does. A split did appear in the wood which did leak air but I managed to Seal it with candle wax. So no drama So all in all very happy.

I bought these Darco acoustic strings and they give a surprisingly warm and rounded tone without losing high frequencies. I'm very pleased with them and will go for more. The post and packaging was quick and efficient.I want to try their different gauges next. Thanks DJM.

Ordered reasonably priced viola case. Many on line options have six weeks to delivery. This arrived within three days, as promised, with text alerts which allowed me to change the date of delivery if I needed to do so. I'm happy with the quality of the case and it is as described in the written description. Would have liked to see a photo of case internally prior to purchase but it has turned out well.

Many thanks to DJM: good service but a couple of tweaks to the customer account system and DPD's tracking system would help. End of January I ordered a guitar and case together: the case arrived on its own. Delivery time was within the one-hour slot predicted - very helpful. But my customer account classed the order as delivered, without differentiating between the two parts of the order. I had to phone DJM to learn that the guitar (the whole stock) had been sent back to the manufacturers with a fault and delivery would be delayed by 6 weeks. I decided to wait. The guitar was delivered in mint condition at the time predicted by DPD. But DPD's email giving me the one-hour delivery slot arrived only one hour before delivery, instead of first thing in the morning. Not a problem for me as I work from home, but not enough notice for someone who has taken time off work or asked a neighbour.

I was very pleased with the products I received. The site had a great range of items and the prices are very reasonable. They kept me well up today's with the progress of my order through regular emails. It was simple and straightforward to make an order. The only thing that bugged me was the length of time it took for my items to be despatched. It was several weeks after my order. However once they had been sent out the delivery was fairly swift. Generally very pleased and will use them again.
