Mixture of good and bad, really. Overall quite happy wlth DJM and will use them again despite having to wait a long time for items to be in stock. I teach ukulele and asked if they could send uke's with good "action" but so far they have been quite high. Very pleased with the music stands. Many items ordered were out of stock and were not due in for many weeks. Also the one item in stock out of 5 orded was not sent straight away as they were going to wait until everything was in before sending order! Consequently the one uke that was in stock was then sent to someone else! I will give them another go, but one thing I can say is that they are very good on price!

Hi ordered this tuner but did not understand how it works, i have only been playing Acoustic guitar for a few months, i tried to tune my left handed Guitar on Saturday night but could not find the E on the tuner, i broke a string in the end. fast delivery though

I have had very good service on a previous order, but the last order placed was for a two to three day delivery, this just did not happen.

I ordered a childs drum kit 15/10/2012 and was told a delivery date 06/11/2012 but this was not guarented ,this camebut the drum kit did not.I had to contact them via e-mail and was informed they were waiting on delivery and as soon as it was put on the system I would be sent my order, it arrived a couple days later. The drum kit appears to be of good quality although I have not set it up.I do feel they should stipulate the time the order takes when you order I expected a faster delivery than what I received.

Found djm a very easy site to order a drum kit and a few accesorys, evn though i thought all products would be distributed promptly (paid for 24 hour delivery) i was dissapointed to receive only part of my order, only realising after a brief call to the customer services that some items were out of stock. Unfortuanately i feel that this information was not clearly displayed when i placed my order and feel a bit dissapointed, apart from this manner i found everything received thus far to be fantastic and look forward to purchasing equipment from this site in the future

Very fast delivery of Vintage guitar, however was very disappointed with first overall quality of guitar and the fact it arrived damaged. Returned the guitar the following day and still waiting for a refund. After chasing company was told the person who deals with the refunds is on holiday. Still waiting for refund. Communication very poor, there was no response of receipt of delivery of returned guitar and I had to chase.

I purchased two items an LP conga stand, that was just what I expected, the other was a Meinl bongo stand which is not up to the job as it is not as robust as I had hoped. I thought I would be able to return the item within 7 days free of charge, but I have to pay for the return postage. This has put me off buying another stand from DJM as the images on the website aren't detailed enough to see the most important part of the stand - how the bongos mount. So I will pay the return postage, and purchase a bongo stand from elsewhere. The delivery took longer than I expected due to the LP stand not being in stock, despite being listed as in stock on the website. This turned into a bit of a logistical nightmare for me as the delivery address had no one there to collect it on the (eventual) first delivery date, and I had to make special arrangements for collection a few days later. If it had been delivered when initially expected this wouldn't have been an issue. Although DJM offer products at reasonable prices, the cost of the return postage and the delivery date issues has put me off using them for this particular purchase. Although I may still use them for other smaller percussion purchases.
