At first, very helpful, but as time went on, unanswered and very confusing emails of when items would be delivered and then more emails of retraction an mistakes. I had to constantly chase up an it seemed like no one knew anything about my order. Four items were to be delivered an only 1 package on raining a lectern, an until I called about the missing items, they were put in the lectern box without my knowledge wedge in between the packaging... I ordered a £369.00 Gordon Giltrap Vintage 12 string on 23rd May 2013... promised 3-5 days free delivery. Now here on 11th June still no guitar and a different story from DJM Customer Service every time I call. Tried to track my delivery on DJM order tracker.... you got it can't get on... doesn't recognise either my e-mail or password. After ordering my guitar, it took four months to arrive. First it was not in stock; although when I ordered, the side not clearly said that it was. Then after not being notified that my dispatch date had been changed, because of the fact that the time elapsed between ordering and dispatch was so long, the payment wouldn't go through. I am the Director of the Music Ensembles for a Performing Arts Service witihn a large Council. I ordered a Trumpet Mouthpiece with now indication that it was out of stock or there would be a delay with the order, in fact quite the opposite, everything was fine allegedly. A month and a half later, no mouthpiece, no emails...nothing. I teach ukulele and asked if they could send uke's with good "action" but so far they have been quite high. Very pleased with the music stands. Shortly afterwards received an e-mail saying there was a stock error, and stand would arrive early the following week. Many thanks to DJM: good service but a couple of tweaks to the customer account system and DPD's tracking system would help. End of January I ordered a guitar and case together: the case arrived on its own. Delivery time was within the one-hour slot predicted - very helpful. But my customer account classed the order as delivered, without differentiating between the two parts of the order.
