We have just returned from a very enjoyable day out at this garden centre and would thoroughly recommend a visit here.This was our second visit and we primarily visited today just to have a lovely meal in the cafe....as we had enjoyed this so much last time.The staff are extremely friendly and helpful and cannot do enough to help you.The food, as before was excellent and the service was prompt and efficient too.The owners of the centre are always extremely helpful and make you feel very... I have just ordered 2 UV Bulbs for my pond filter. The process was painless, even having to register as a first time user. I trust the delivery will be equally as good. I will pick them up from the UK delivery address in a few weeks time. I should add that the price of the bulbs is around half of what I have had to pay in Spain, including the postage. (read more)

I searched the internet to find this product at the best price. Paddock Farm were the best priced retailer by far. After placing the order I was kept fully informed on delivery of the order and I was also able to track delivery. Delivery was free and was made 2 days after placing the order. Excellent service. The only problem I had with the item was that an O ring was missing. I contacted Paddock Farm and they made arrangements for a replacment to be issued and this was received a few days... (read more)

I found Paddock Farm quite by accident while looking for garden furniture on the Internet. I have now purchased three sets garden chairs and they are exactly what I was looking for at a great price. I made three separate visits to collect my chairs and found all staff members friendly and very helpful especially Janet who dealt with all my purchases. The staff are always really helpful and give great advice. The plants we have bought look great in the garden, even when we have gone in and said something like "we want something purple flowers, climbing, and flowers in June!" The cafe is lovely, the food is always tasty and reasonablly priced. The Water Gardens are well worth a visit. (read more)

Paddock farm is a wonderful garden centre that has a fab cafe with a gorgeous selection of home cooked food. The owners and staff are very passionate about providing an interesting place to visit where you can purchase everything you need for the garden. They have a really good selection of fish, whether it be koi carp, gold fish or nemo fish, they have the lot. I have shopped at paddock farm on a number of occasions even though it is 20+ miles from where I live. The plants, shrubs and trees that I have purchased in the past have all been all that I expected and possibly more, I haven't had a single plant failure. I called in this week for some ideas for a patch in the garden that I want to redesign and was not disappointed. the team are very helpfull and knowledgable about every aspect of the centre. in our case we use every section in paddock farm that even includes the tea shop that produce everthing from three course meals to snacks that are first class and value for money.they also have theme events xmas,halloween ect something to keep kids entertained while shopping is a good thing.keep up the good work (read more)

Having been badly let down by another supplier on this item I was pleasantly surprised to find that it was available from a supplier fairly close to home, namely Paddock Farm. I ordered over the Internet and called following day to collect to be met by the most friendly and knowledgeable staff I could have wanted. We always enjoy visiting Paddock Farm Nursery as everything is well displayed, making it pleasant to wander up and down the paths viewing what is on sale. The staff are always very ameniable but never intrusive so you can take your time and enjoy looking around. There is a cafe on site for an added treat. (read more)

I called in to get a bottle of Aqua. The range of fish tank plants was amazing and the price, compared with my local supplier, superb. I ended up buying 8 plants which have made my fish tank look much better and the fish are having a great time bombing in and out of the plants. The price of the Aqua was the same as my local supplier BUT your bottles were 500mgs my local was 250mgs. I bought 2 bottles. Mark, who served me told me you also do larger units. I will be back. Bought fish, filters, ornaments and loads more from here absolutley fantastic wouldn't go anywhere else! Staff really friendly and actually took in a plec from us as we got it given but didnt have the tank space. Outdoor gardens are beautiful and so relaxing to look around, fish quality fantastic never had any problems with fish from here unlike other large pet stores! Delivered the next day. Item came assembled which was fab! Overall great buying experience, but, delivery option only allowed me to choose my husband's place of work rather than our home, which is only three miles away - I assume this is something to do with the carrier ?delivery charge but the delivery charge was extremely reasonable. The staff at paddock farm are always willing to hep you with your problems. Mark in the tropical tank area especially is very knowledable and passionate about the subject. If you purchase a pond pump they dont just leave you to get on with it. any problems you can call on them. I would recomend it to anyone. (read more)

I ordered on line as I was unable to spend the time going through to the centre. The web site was easy to follow and I was able to order everything I wanted with ease, the only down side was that when I ordered one item, it automatically takes you back to the main menu. Getting back to the same area to order an additional item was straight forward. Unbelievable service, ordered on the Sunday afternoon and it was delivered on the Monday evening. In my dealings with Paddock Farm Water Gardens I have always found any advice I have needed has been given in a friendly and clear way. People who had inadequite knowledge of the product always referred you to an expert. Advice was quick and to the point. If delivery was needed it was quick and accurate. The quality of every purchase has been excellent. The gardens themselves have always well presented and pleasure to visit. We have taken lots of friends and recommended it to others. (read more)

I searched a few years ago for help to purchase materials for a new garden pond. Came across paddock farm. Went for a visit- loved the place. Loads of help and guidance on what we should buy. The pond has now been in just over a year, and looks great, lots of wildlife - frogs, toads, damselflys and drangongflys etc. We regularly go back just for other ideas. This is a traditional independant garden centre and pond and tropical fish shop with a good reange of products. The pond and fish part of the business is the main one interests me. The garden centre is not as comprehensive or varied. The quality of the fish - tropical and cold water is excellent and reasonably priced. They have quitae a range of interesting fish and a good choice of accessories and food. (read more)

Fast delivery well packed but had a problem with the uv tube made a phone call to Paddock Farm spoke to the guy who deals with the internet orders wasn't to much trouble pop one in the post, had it a couple of days later. Will be using Paddock Farm again for my pond supply's as they are the cheapest I have found and very trust worthy. The main thing I like was their excellent customer service. Have used Paddock for quite a few years now, a few staff changes recentrly has not affected the service. Always a great range of water garden products, Pond cold water and tropical fish are always of the highest quality. Alway good advice on all aspects of fish keeping available. On a wet day it is a good day out on a sunny day almost a mini holiday. Cafe is also a highlight great food at an affordable price. The plant stock here is amazing. We're relatively new owners of a tropical aquarium and have received excellent help, sound advice and great value for money from Paddock Farm. We have returned over and over again and have always been given undivided attention and help when asked. When buying new fish, they will always be willing to test tank water first; this is very reassuring. They also do not merely try to sell you fish for the sake of it - sometimes recommending we wait longer to let the tank settle. Top class aquarium... (read more)

I found the centre well stocked for what we needed and the staff extremely knowledgeable. They answered all our questions and were even able to suggest some possibilities we hadn't considered. Fantastic customer service and product knowledge!
Our return visit for their christmas festival was just as good and thoroughly enjoyable. A number of stalls really caught our interest and we will definitely be looking out for future events.
Our only criticism would be a lack of signs makes it...

Picked my Christmas Tree up from these guys, a great number of trees to pick and choose from, and two different kinds that I could see. Had one of the staff come round with me, helping me choose the right tree for me. While I was purchasing the tree he was busy wrapping it and had taken it to my car ready to be loaded. I shopped around on the internet for the pump I required, many sites had this pump but Paddock Farm was the cheapest, and there price included P&P. I ordered the item at approx 12.58pm and to my delight it was delivered the next day. They do offer an excellent service and I would recommend them to everyone. (read more)
