    Good Points: As junior fiction, I feel this set of stories is quite enjoyable. Outdated technology notwithstanding, these stories are on a par, in my estimates, with Robert Heinlein's junior SF.


    Bad Points: The writing is perhaps a touch too simplified in places so that the stories sit firmly between junior SF and YA.


    General comments: I read these stories originally some thirty years ago. Recently I decided to purchase them to reread (through Amazon online) and discovered Mr Christopher had written a prequel. I've just finished it and liked it, although it did tend to drag a bit in places.
