After two years of using Cartridge Shop I came up against my printer not accepting some cartridges. I emailed with my problem and asking if customer sevice could help. I was given some information to correct the problem and it worked on some cartridges but not on others. I ordered a twin pack of colour cartridges and the service was first class. Unfortunately the first cartridge I installed only worked for a couple of prints and then failed. I installed the second cartridge and this was and still is fine. I accept that even in a perfect world things do go wrong on occassions and as soon as I contacted cartridge shop they replied in less than 1 hour and told me what to try. Black one OK, colour one did not match the printer although the details on the box and cartridge were correct for my printer, so presumably the correct label was put on the wrong cartridge. My first encounter was that the printer ink didn't work, I wrote an email to the online customer services and explained my problem and within an hour I had a response, I tried there suggestions of cleaning the head on the printer which I did numerous times but this did not resolve the problem, I then emailed them back to advise that this did not work and a replacement was sent out to me. quick delivery but unfortunately there was a problem with one of the ink cartridges. However, I was most impressed with the speed at which my emails have been responded to. I was given a suggestion on how the fault may be resolved, and when it didn't work there was no hesitation in giving clear instructions on how to return the faulty item: A returns label is to be sent out, covering the cost of postage, and a replacement will be delivered. I regularly buy Compatible Cartridges for my Canon MP480 printer.I had a problem with my most recent one, but a reply from Customer Services to my E-mail sorted this out immediately. The only other thing is that sometimes the printer does not recognise the cartridge, and keeps on telling me that the ink is running low, even when it is is new. However I get used to that and considering the price I find them to be very good value. It is my intention to stay with 'Cartridge People'. (read more)

SPEND A FEW POUNDS MORE AND BUY THE ORIGINAL .When I bought my Cartridges I thought they were brand new, but just at a cheaper price. When I got my parcel, I found out they are just re-manufactured. That was a hilarious, I felt so cheated. haha. The INK QUALITY IS VERY POOR. (read more)

Will owners of the above printer please be aware that although the printer will initially accept remanufactured cartridges and print well for a while, a major problem then occurs. After a few print runs the P4350 window tells you there is an error and that to continue printing you must insert Lexmark's original cartridges and that is what I shall now have to do.
