I bought some Matcha green tea via Amazon from this company the price was really good, but obviously to good, as the next day I received an e mail telling me my order had been cancelled, when I checked the site, the price had doubled. Not good customer relations at all, would never touch this company again. (read more)

Having read the other reviews, I'm sure this company is good when the everything goes smoothly. But if something goes wrong, customers should count on their customer service, which was not the case for me. I did not receive the delivery as I work full time, and "missed the delivery card" was not left by ParcelForce. When I contacted ParcelForce to arrange the re-delivery, they said it was sent back to thehealthbay even though ParcelForce's website said the parcel was in their depot at the... (read more)

I would strongly recommend you go somewhere else for your supplements. I ordered a packet of protein bars only for them to turn around and say that they cannot send the item because they had incorrectly put it on amazon. Not particularly my fault! However they refused to admit an error and instead just cancelled my order. Avoid at all costs! (read more)

Absolutely horrible company. I placed my order 18 days ago, and still didn't receive anyhing (except for empty promises from THB telling me things would get to me any day). So unless you're happy to wait for ages, buy your stuff somewhere else. (read more)

On Monday 28 May, I order a Gainer supplement and the order went through fine. After 2 days of not receiving update or delivery details, I called up and spoke to David who told me that they're out of stock. An email or phone call would've been appreciated instead of having to chase it up myself. Won't be using this site again. (read more)

I can not believe I have just received this level of service off of a company I have never heard of before! I am always sceptical of reviews I read on the internet as they could be written by the company itself, but The Health Bay delivered impeccably. Quicker than 48 hours and I delivered late in the evening the night before last and it got to me at 2:30pm today at work! Seriously WOW! Only Negative... Was looking for a 1-litre bottle of Dr Bronner's liquid castille soap on the web. The Health Bay was the only store that carried it...and at an excellent price. I placed my order, selected standard delivery, and it arrived within only 48 hours! I was impressed by how meticulously it was wrapped for safety. found the service to be great and smooth. ordered over the bank holiday and it arrived on Saturday well packed and everything. they followed everything up when i sent an email and thought they were really good as treated me like a customer should always be treated. I know a lot of my friends will now use them because they seem to be show cheap, but more importantly very reliable. (read more)

Well, WATCH OUT everyone, if you ever have a problem with this company. I ordered some jars of nut butter from this company which I saw on their site as weighing 250gms each. My order invoice showed this weight, and so did my delivery note. However, the jars were actually only 170gms! I would not have bought the jars if I had known this as the price was not that competitive. Fantastic, ordered on Monday, came by Wednesday. Really well packaged, wouldnt break an egg inside all of that! Will buy from again when i run out. Price was competetive and worked out cheaper then other websites that i cam across. Only thing they can improve is - if you buy in bulk to lower prices even further. (read more)

I recently found TheHealthBay.com and was very impressed with the product range and the extremely competitive prices.
My order was delivered to my work really quickly and I was very impressed with the packaging.

love this site so much - it's so easy to use and some really great products. Delivery was quick and products were packed nicely and safe. I also received a tracking email when my delivery was dispatched so it made it simple to track and trace my order.
Also been given lots of loyatly points so will defo go back and shop again!

Fantastic price and speedy free delivery!! What more could you ask for.
I brought a Maximuscle product which are always well over priced, the Healthbay gave me a 33% discount and a free shaker.
