We went to the Bellevue for our honeymoon, it was not a pleasant experience at all. One piece of advice to you would be never go there.

GOOD POINTS: Swimming Pools Good and Appeared Clean Grounds were generally clean BAD/NOT ACCCEPTABLE: Settee & Beds.... Very Much doubt they are fire resistant No Flannel No Soap to Wash Hands in Room OR in the Restaurant Toilets Restaurant against health & safety, too many people and the resort was not even busy Lake was extremely dirty... nice to have a lake but filthy Whole area was run down Felt unsecure, as locals lived in the apartments Fire alarm went off twice but couldn’t call anyone due to no phone in the rooms Bus stop was not working even though the information sheet said bus stop outside Shower beyond belief, it is not a shower and the state of taps etc was horrendous Bathroom ceiling was polystyrene, this is against EU regulations and health and safety Grouting missing from walls Bathroom door was disgusting and didn’t/couldn’t shut Bedding, Curtains disgusting all with holes Balcony light outside not covered, once again against health and safety Dogs poo on the ground by the pool near to Apollo for over 24hours As mentioned above, I really cannot put words all the bad points of this placed called Bellevue.... the only good point was the Swimming Pools. Food awful, breakfast bearable just

My sister had the misfortune of staying here, she lasted one hour, place was crawling with ants & cockroaches, we have photo & video evidence of this, we have put in a complaint, she could not possibly sleep there, so she stayed with us at the lagomonte, I would not recommend the Bellevue club to any of my family or friends, place was filthy & dusgisting

Eaten alive by mossie,s,plus Ants in the kitchen and balcony,so plenty of wildlife,no aircon so sweating all night, the children hated the offering,s in the restaurant and I must admit I struggled to find a dish I liked, the restaurant staff were unhelpful but most other staff on the complex were nice, queue,s were also the order of the day for most things and being all inclusive made me feel like a second class citizen, weather nice, everything was expensive so take your own lotions and creams for the insect and sun problem, its a very large complex and the map they give you is about as much good as a chocolate fireguard and that judging by the confused looks on other peoples faces studying it was not just me

We enjoyed the resort complex, and had a good holiday. lots of places to eat out and plenty of entertainment, all with in a couple of minutes walk. Nice long clean sandy beach, and a good walk along the sea front, all flat for walking. We visited the old town and the market. We caught the local bus to the old town and had a great day out. Booked a couple of excursions, Palma which was nice, and the island tour, which a must see, Briiliant. We would recommend Nofrills Excursions, just outside of the complex on the main road, they were very professional. Nothing not to disslike about this resort. We booked this holiday with Lowcostholidays, and are more than happy with everything with the purchase. The cost of the holiday, insurance, car parking, brilliant and we will definately be booking with them again.

First at all there was no air condicion I was bite by moscitos because was no possible to close the dor from balcony was to hot in the room. Sink in bsthroom was blocked we reported on first day and on third but no one came to un blocked, to brush us teeth we use sink in kitchen. Room was not clean proparly there was planty hairs in the toilet everwhere. After the room service the cleaners forgot about bath matt, and they never mop the floor. the cleaners juust change the toweles and thats it. We book holidays on october to be away from lots of queues but that was no possible. the gueues has been so long we been waiting for a drink 25-27 min evry bloody day. Food was actually evry day very simular there was not possible to get the table at 6pm till 8pm after that just some of the food was hot. the resteraunt was open till 9.30pm but at 9.20 halfof the food was allready take away and u been told that u have to hurry up. On us last day we went for all day trip and when we come back us cards to room was not working we went 2 reception they give us other 2 but they still didnt work we back 2 reception again we axplaint we went for a full day trip we are very tired fed up walking all the time 10min back and forward to get sort it this cards and they send us the maintence guy and he sort it this problem straight away. During the night time there was to many fights and theybeen so noisy. but just my opinion maybe diffrent people enjoy and tey had great time but me and my friends no.

I really want to be constructive so hear goes.... The hotel room was actually quite nice, roomy & clean. We were on an all inclusive basis so was quite nice to have a fridge. AC would of been a bonus. The pool was ok, clean, not enough sunbeds. That was the good part! The buffet restaurant was no way near big enough! You could never sit & relax to enjoy the food as always felt we had to finish & get out! The food was bland & luke warm? Was also quite similar each night & day! i did live of salads most of the week. On the hole we had a good holiday, but would not go back to this place & would not recommend to anyone to stay there.

My husband and I and our 3 children girl 7, boys 4 and 4, stayed in a 2-bed apartment on the 8th floor of one of the accommodation blocks at the Hotetur Club Bellevue apartments at the end of August 2011 for 7 nights. The children had the time of their lives mainly because of the pool the beach, the eating out and the staying up late, so I'm not complaining, but I have to sat that the negatives may well have outweighed the positives this year. Positive points were: Alcudia beach and high street were great and bustling; you could swim in the pool any time of day/night which our 3 kids thought was fab; we are glad we went self-catering so we could sample the different restaurants on the high street and on the complex and not be restricted to what must have been a very busy all-inc buffet; apartment had lots of shelving and the rooms were all a good size; we were at the end of the block which meant no 'traffic' going past our door; our day out at the hydro park in Alcudia was very enjoyable if a bit expensive; good evening entertainment. Negative points were: airport transfer seemed long (c.2 hours); no air conditioning in the apartment (c.30+degrees every day); walk to the beach in that heat with 3 small kids was quite horrendous (c.15 mins); sprawling complex possibly just a bit too big with cars and scooters driving around; very noisy with 'chatter' until around 3am and then again with workmen mowing and strimming from around 6am; not enough crockery and tiny bowls to each cereal from.

Booked the holiday for the family, 2 adults 3 teenagers, half board the hotel sounded like it had plenty to offer, in reality it was over crowded and the one dinning area was like a chimps tea party and the food is awful. Our family room had plenty of room(ants in the bathroom) with a small kitchen and two bedrooms, however there wasn't air con which ment that we had to sleep with windows and doors open and that resulted in everyone ended up being mosquito food, you can hire fans from the hotel for 15/20 euros (just more expense). As we had to buy our drinks we found it very expensive and they seemed to change the price nearly everytime you went up even though we ordered the same round.

This is a big complex. Very good value for money on self catering as it is very cheap to eat out near by. We saw big quess waiting to eat in the restaurants on the complex

ok we found the apartment ok all we wanted was a pool and having two kids one with coeclic we found over all not to bad we were in dianna 2 which was a trek but found the walk nice after dinner it not the ritz but for what you paid not bad either this was kids first holiday and they love it yes pool sides were slippery and a bit dangerous but as long as the kids wear flip flops and walk and not run they be fine. boat ride was nice to beach and back. we also went on a 5 hour boat journey which was nice and went to hdyo park which is twenty min walk or taxi 5 euros. dont go on the late flight with kids as we were delay both ways and was hard work.checkout at 12 noon no later slots

Well couldn't wait for this holiday to Spain as it was recommend by Lowcost holidays as I have never travelled to Spain and wanted some thing cheap and that is what I received, The queues for the food hall is annoying food is repetitive flies on the food I aways took food from the bottom of the serveing tray. If you arrive late they turn off the drinks machine and start to clear the food away, the pool sides are very slippery. If you want a holiday just by the pool side and go all inclusive food and drink all day. I quite like that if you went out all day they would provide you with a pack lunch very good also.Be perpared for the Mosquito's the repellents that we bought for London did not keep them away. Entertainment not so good it's better going off the resort you will have much more fun as we did. Wish I knew when I booked holiday that it did not have AC.

Hotetuer Club Bellvue Alcudia
This hotel is appalling. There are hundreds of guest crammed in a holiday village. The pools are so small and there are nowhere near enough of them for all the quests, not once in a week did we get anywhere near a pool. The whole complex smelled revolting especially at night. We didn't try the food on the complex so can't comment on that. The rooms are filthy with most of the fixtures and fitting broken or falling apart. No air con but after three nights of no sleep i found out i could hire a fan( no power in it at all) from reception, this costs 4 euros a day plus deposit and really only just circulates the hot air in the room. On arrival in the room we found we had 3 small hand towels to use and had to get our own larger towels from reception which was a long way from our room. The shower in my brother in laws room had a mind of its own and sprayed over the whole bathroom. The fridge in our room threw out so much heat it felt like the room was central heated. The corridor outside our room constantly smelt of urine and the lifts were always full so often climbed five flights of stairs. In a week we had maid service once, which consisted of the maid throwing the top cover over the bed. The sheets were not changed at all, the towels were not changed at all, the floors not swept, nor did any attempt at cleaning take place whatsoever. We paid £2,600 to stay in this hellhole for a week, 4 adults 1 child self catering. This place is so bad the locals call it "Moss side"!! The only good thing we found on the complex is the river taxi that drops you off near a lovely part of Alcudia beach. Alcudia itself is a lovely place but staying at Bellevue spoiled our holiday. I cannot believe that Thomas Cook (Direct) actually sells holidays to this place.

We have just returned from this hotel and our experience was completely the opposite experience our room was clean looked freshly painted (Freda 2) we had a maid service 3 times with clean towels. Never had a problem getting by the pool. Only problem we had was with the all inclusive evening bar service very long queues. Food was good in the all inclusive though some queuing had to juggle the time that you went.
