“Site does not work!”

Ive just spent half an hour on the NEXT gift list site trying to buy a wedding gift for friends. After selecting my gifts I moved on to the payment section. They not only wanted to charge delivery but when I tried to select "Process payment" nothing happened. Ive had to abandon my order and will have to just give them cash instead. What a waste of time! I tried to buy my cousin a present from her Next wedding list and this woman called Christine at the Gyle, Edinburgh could not be bothered serving me, didn't seem to know what she was doing and kept telling me to go to another store or go home and look again. I asked for a manager and managed to get what I was looking for. Really disappointed. I am a very good customer of next and do not like being treated like this! (read more)

I used next gift list for my wedding and it was terrible from day 1. I was unable to add items to my list without calling them as the site was not working properly. Guests were complaining that they had to pay delivery. I was told I could have all the items delivered in one go but next don't even offer this service. Therefore gusts had to bring large items to the wedding and wrap themselves. Over half the items on my list were out of stock and no one bothered to call me! I called to complain... (read more)

This site is rubbish, I asked them to change the password for lists 2 weeks ago they said they would after 4 phone calls they said they could change it but it would not save changes. Also when you go to view the gift you just get a blank box up. They were also told about this 2 weeks ago they said they would tell their technical dept. so far nothing. (read more)

Avoid Next Gift list.. the site doesnt work, guests are having to call me because orderes wont go through, the option to see the gifts doesnt work, this has supposed to be fixed, still waiting on it after 3 weeks and no call backs. Just had to call again tonight, staff unhelpful and not intrested in my problems, can the customers not just take a note of the item number and order it through the directory was the advice.. whats the use of that !!! They are the only gift service that charges... (read more)

We were totally disappointed with Next Wedding Gift List. Not only were multiple lists created, most of the Next Stores in the South East didnt know how to deal with a list, Guests had to pay for delivery, there was no gift wrapping facility, half of our items were discontinued without being informed, guests were ordering and paying for gifts and we never recieved them, items were bought and not taken off the list and when we addressed all these issues with Next we were met with rudeness,...
