The property management is the worst service I ever received: I have been requesting services for months without answer. Not to the emails, not to the calls.
I sent an email to customer services with the same luck.
I am now seeking to terminate the contract for breach of agreement.
My advice: stay away from Square Mile.

I am a tenant in a property let through the Westferry branch of Square Mile property management. If I could give them no stars I would. Their customer service is terrible, they avoid your phone calls, ignore emails & lie about when they are in the office. It takes them ages to sort out even the smallest problem. In short if I was as bad at my job as they are at theirs I would have been sacked a long time ago. Do not use them.
