Seeds arrived promptly despite postal strikes, found 9 seeds out of 'average 10' germinated 5. I have been growing Sungold tomatos for years. I normally have 90-100 % success rate from well known company's seeds.

ordered 7 bulbs most of which were ok, but one only included seven viable cloves, the rest were tiny. Of those seven three were rotten. I asked simplyseed's for a replacement a week ago but have not heard anything yet.

seeds seem great, but i won't know for sure until they germinate and the plants grow........i just wanted to buy seed though, i 'm not liking all these follow up emails.

A mixed response above as I did have a problem in that my seeds were posted without any postage on them so took longer than expected to arrrive and them I had to pay the postage.

However, I am very impresseed with the customer service side of this business as the cost of my seeds was refunded to me within one hour of my advising them of this problem.
