Good Points: I listen to the audio version which may be abridged. The book deals with anger in a caring sensitive way. It embraces anger in a very new way to me and never did I feel bad for having anger. Nor did I feel it was impossible to move through. Wonderful.
Bad Points: It is a little repetitive in places and assumes that the one you are angry with is not your self or another not committed to resolve the anger lovingly.
General comments: I think this is the best book, article, I have ever read on the subject.
I am using its guidelines now on a daily basis. I find it works for all similar situations like disappointment and so on.
It assumes a basic understanding of what being mindful is but does explain simple its meaning.
