I bought the twin handset with answerphone. It has a sim card reader so I transferred all my numbers to the first handset easily. I then copied the address book to the other handset (have since bought another expansion handset and copied it again). I like the fact that the answerphone can be used via buttons on the base or on the handsets. The tones are not very good but then I am not expecting it to be realtones like my mobile. I saw this review and went out and bought the BT Synergy Trio set because it was on offer at Asda. Its quite good looking and overall Im pleased.
