Warmseal display Checkatrade credentials on their website, van and office, BUT THEY ARE NOT A MEMBER! The salesperson was very friendly and professional and seemed very honest, for our large extension with 16 windows and 3 doors. Fit seemed ok at first, but the list of problems is now extensive. The wrong size external window cills were fitted, not taking into account that the walls were to be clad and rendered, incorrect internal cills ordered as the cavity of 150mm (not old standard 100mm) was not taken into account. Windows not sealed on the outside with large 5-10mm gaps around allowing water ingress and wind in during the winter. Latches on almost all windows catching on rubber seal, ripping the seal out of place meaning the windows could not be opened. Rectified by dismantling window frame, glueing and screwing to bodge the original factory built windows to work. Stable door poorly fitted with bottom scraping the floor with huge drop from hinges. Integrated blinds dropping as latch has fallen off - glue failed. Mechanism of 2 windows and 1 door already broken after minimal use (6 months). Expensive front door with long bar for handle - handle not assembled correctly meaning it wobbled and scratched the red paint in a circle around where the handle attaches to door. Multiple imperfections on red door finish. Vents not fitted properly, just pushed in. All made worse by bullying after service where I have literally been accused in several messages of creating problems. I call, text, email and call to try to rectify problems, but it is normally 3 to 4 weeks of chasing before a fitter finally arrives. The product is poor (deceuninck Windows) fitted correctly after several visits over many months, with abusive and bullying after service from the owner unable to accept responsibilty for mistakes or oversights. Warmseal admin so poor, that I am now having to pursue FENSA directly for my certificates. The real shame is that I wanted to use a local company rather than a national brand, but I have been put off doing this for any trade after my experience with Warmseal Windows. AVOID AVOID AVOID at all costs!

We had a new conservatory fitted and it's amazing from start to finish the team have been brilliant . The conservatory itself is better than I imagined and the all people involved having been very friendly and helpful, nothing was to much trouble and they left my property very clean and tidy. I would highly recommended this company.

Had aluminium windows installed, after a long wait. Installed without drip rails or end caps to sills. One top hinged window could not be opened at all. Appaling after sales service. Took a deposit for a conservatory, failed to deliver after several months, then he tried to keep the deposit. Had to start legal proceedings to recover the deposit. Note recent 2nd notification of strike-off action in London Gazette (Section 652). Strongly advise to avoid this trader.

We had a new kitchen door fitted this week (July 2013) and were very pleased - Lewis the installer was very polite and efficient - the new door was perfect and he cleaned up well afterwards. I suspect that the negative 1 star reviews, which are totally lacking any detail, are from competitors rather than genuine customers.
