Well what can I say about Jim Sales - he is polite, attentive, always available, and just generally nice to deal with - in an age of the Internet, he breaks the mould. His quotes are competitive, sells comprehensive policies and if you have something unusual or outside the box, he's your man. As usual Jim, it is an absolute pleasure to do business with you. Jim Sales @ Francis Townsend Group Ltd(Insurance Brokers) was very thorough and helpful. He dealt with the policy in a very professional manner and when I made a claim, he made the whole process very simple to understand. His service was second to none and I would recommend him to anyone. (read more)

I found this review very helpful because I also called him - 0845 345 3100 and found him really helpful and transfered my Buildings Insurance to him
