Generaly service provided by the agent was good.Welcoming and friendly which is important with dealing customer service. I would like to mention that i was surpriced that the vehicle i booked was diesel instead of benzin enginge. Top Rent car haven't an office in Sofia Airport, so, when you reserve a car, a member of it's staff came in airport and leave there your car. In my case they arrived about half an hour in late. When you return the carm they arrived about 30 minutes in lates too. The representative that delivered the car was extremely professional, spoke excellent English and was very helpful. Our deposit was received and properly sealed for safe keeping. Only seemed to be one member of staff on arrivasl had to wait at least 45mins until I could complete paperwork and car due to a problem I was told with previous customer. It's the average car rental, but surely not the cheapest! They only show the price without the full cover insurance - and then you have to pay an extra 7 EUR/day, if you want the insurance, which leaves you with 18 EUR/day for the cheapest car, like a DACIA! We had cars from them twice now, without any problems, except that they hardly seem to ever want them back, leaving us waiting for quite some time at the airport each time without someone turning up to collect the car at the set time! Staff were efficient and spoke good English. The car should have been washed prior to being rented out. Also it needed a service as there was an occasional knocking sound from a CV joint in turns. However, it lasted over our 1000 km trip so all good. Also it was damn good value even with the overlooked 30 quid surcharge for one way hire. (read more)
