taken a week to dispatch item, emailed to ask why it hadn't been dispatched after 5 working days and received no reply or explanation. Tried calling but got no answer and when dispatch confirmation came through, I see its been sent standard delivery, I'd like to see more urgency, after waiting a week to get it to the post box!

It took a week until they dispatch the order (2pcs of spare parts), however Royal Mail did very well. They delivered within a day.

Very, very slow service. Ordered sunday Feb 24 & only sent out today, March 5th. Hope it arrives soon

Goods took a whole week after being ordered before actually being dispatched. was told when I ordered that they would be out on next shipment. Surely there`s more than one shipment a week?

Ordered 26 April but no communication to tell me there would be a delay.
I was debited 30 April with full invoice amount.
Item not received by 3 May (free next day delivery promised on website), so sent enquiry asking if it had been despatched. Received a reply the same day as follows:-
Quote> Sorry for the delay with this order. We have just had them delivered to us so will get them out in the post on the 4th.

I never usualy write reviews but was dismayed by how long this item took to arrive. When i placed an order with singletrack bikes i also ordered items from Chain reaction cycles & wiggle the same day these items arrived in two days & three days respectively.Your order was not marked dispatched for over eight days i only ordered from you because the shoes were five pounds cheaper, in this day and age i expect better service i know it was near a bank holiday but the two other companies had no problem delivering before the bank holiday in future i will use the other two compnies the shoes were great by the way.

You've been waiting for two weeks? How about waiting for over one mont for the bike to arrive! "the courier/DHL didnt show up", "the courier didnt do this and that", constant excuses excuses excuses and no result until after over a month.
If the guy runs the place alone and has a hard time keeping up with everything, well then don't try to fool people that they will have their orders sent within 2-5 days. Be honest from the beginning and say 30-40 days as is the true number with this shop. Quite tiresome hearing "oh ive sent it" once a week with the guy trying to convince me that the postal/shipping companies has a success rate of 0% when in fact its obvious (at least in my books) he hasnt even sent the stuff yet.
Be honest and avoid having angry non-returning customers.

Had purchased an original buff from this supplier before christmas which took 2 weeks to come (granted the weather was a factor in this and had email confirming this reason). Ordered another item of the same for my father-in-law for birthday gift on 30th December. Money debited from my account next day. Received email confirming order but nothing since. Have telephoned supplier and keep getting answering phone but no one ever calls back. Have emailed twice and each time get an automatic email back saying they are closed for christmas until 4th January rather worrying now its 14th Jan. Anybody know whats happening?

Ordered an 'in stock' GPS expecting it to arrive the next day and it took nearly two weeks. I sent numerous emails and left voice-mails but they all went unanswered. Eventually someone did answer the phone an told me it would be dispatched today, it arrived a week later, my guess is that it wasn't.
I've noticed that everything on their website shows as 'in stock' so my guess is that they do that so you will chose them over someone else. They probably hold very minimal stock and order off a supplier and then hope to get it to you before you complain! BEWARE!

My experience of Singletrack Bikes is the polar opposite great service and would definitely recommend!
