Didn't honour my internet order. No issues with ordering process. Instead, they're taking orders for items that are not in stock. I subsequently noted poor reviews of this business elsewhere. I should have been more diligent. Buyer beware!

taken a week to dispatch item, emailed to ask why it hadn't been dispatched after 5 working days and received no reply or explanation. Tried calling but got no answer and when dispatch confirmation came through, I see its been sent standard delivery, I'd like to see more urgency, after waiting a week to get it to the post box!

I use Singletrack for various things that I can't find at other online stores but........... delivery is always the slowest of all the others that I use.......... even slower than from Germany.

I am sure they could improve on this and I for one would use them more often if I could get things quicker.

Tifosi seat post was £8 cheaper than any other site and my order arrived on Saturday (exactly when I asked for it). Everything was immaculately packed. Great experience.

Great bag to keep all of your cycling kit together, plenty of pockets and dividers to keep items separate. Has a padded section in the end for glasses and a place to keep your helmet safe.

Although the item was not in stock, it did not take long for me to receive my purchase. They do a good job shipping to Canada. I could track it all the way. No stress.

A pleasure to deal with such a great shop. Ordered orange 5 29er, great deal with loads of help and info from guys. ordered bike on sunday and was riding it on wednesday. Now thats what i call service, they built the bike and even helped me set up forks n shock to suit my wieght and riding style. The guys even showed me some excellent trails to ride in my local area. Would highly recommend them if buying a ten grand road bike or an inner tube.

Product was just as described, good price and easy delivery.
