Havens website is very user friendly. The prices of the glasses I ordered was very competitive, the packaging very secure and the service amazing. Delivery was very prompt (in fact the parcel arrived sooner than I expected) even though I ordered at peak time at Christmas. I would definitely use Havens again for ordering presents and when I personally need more glasses. I have absolutley no hesitation in strongly recommend them to everyone else. (read more)

With Havens, my concerns were quickly blown away by its very apparent intentions of providing good service in every respect. I ordered replacement items for my crockery collection from Havens. Having moved overseas I was really pleased to find a company that could supply me with items that had been broken and misplaced in the move. I ordered a significant number of plates and my order was received within days. When my order arrived 4 of the plates were broken, I phoned Hazel at Havens and I received 4 replacements within a week. I cannot praise the service I received from this company enough. (read more)

Glasses arrived very quickly, beautifully packaged. Modestly priced goblets and yet look and feel like good quality. The stallion is magnificent, well depicted on Havens's website, the gift-wrapping was of an extremely high standard using elegant Sweco paper, the package was well protected by shredded paper in a sturdy box with cautionary care warning about glass.
