“Damaged Car”

RS09 staff damaged my car whilst it was in their care. I flagged it immediately when the car was returned following a flight and whilst their driver was still present. I submitted photos of the damage by email as per their request and then the matter ended as far as they were concerned. They did not reply to my numerous telephone calls and emails and despite obtaining a county court judgement against the company the bailiffs could not find an accountable person. I have used them before, but never again and I cannot emphasise strongly enough how you are dealing with a company against whom you will have no redress whatsoever in the event of a problem.

“DO NOT USE RS09”

I should have read the reviews before booking RS 09 Meet and Great. VERY POOR IN lots of cases ,and a number of customers have taken this company to court.I felt that my car had been driven and not just stored whilst away on holiday.I gave RS 09 every opertunity to confirm the collection mileage .But to date have not recieved any confirmation of same...

“Money stolen from vehicle-be warned ”

If only I had read the poor reviews of this company before I travelled! Although in fairness, I have used the company in the past without any problems. I went on a short break and left a bag of coins I use for parking in the ashtray but when the car was returned it was gone. I raised it with the company controller who was apologetic and said she would speak with the owner and get back to me. That was the last I heard of the matter despite emaiing them twice since and trying to contact them by phone. A very poor experience... I will certainly not be using them again.

“ DO NOT USE”

  DO NOT USE After booking at Gatwick through Looking4parking.com they use a company called RS09. I photo shot the mileage and the driver assured me they only trave a few miles to were the car is parked. On return I noticed the vehicle had covered an additional 478 miles and half take of fuel I left was now on empty. The front alloy wheel was damaged and curbed, the interior was covered in mud and the rear bumper has 2 large scratches. Lookinf4Parking.com know this company are roughs but still use them. They claim to have total customer satisfaction, yet they have many complaints. They try to say 'were just the booking agents and not the provider', but they take the payment and you don't know who the booking is going to till after you Pay. I will now be perusing my claim through the county courts.

“Car returned DAMAGED & still no response”

Our car was returned with a dent in the back passenger door - the driver admitted seeing it at drop-off as he was the same driver who also took the car on departure. The dent was not listed on our damage waiver we signed when we left the car (because it obviously wasn't there at that point). Since then, we have emailed and called numerous times and complained via the booking agent. It took them 3 weeks to respond to the booking agent saying it wasn't caused by them and that the damage waiver wasn't evidence - which TOTALLY contradicts the point of having it. We refuse to let this drop although further investigation online has shown a similar case where a car owner took them to court - who ruled the damage was down to RS09 and STILL the owner refused to pay. They are a disreputable bunch who should be shut down.

“Car had been used”

We used RS09 last year. Pick up and collection were ok, but we waited 5 mins for pick up and 15 mins for collection. To our amazement, the rear armrest had been removed and they couldn't put it back. I phoned their HO on 6 - 7 occassions, left messages and not one return call. Use this company at your RISK. To save a few pounds is really not worth it.

I have used them on perhaps a dozen occasions, inc leaving a brand new car with them, have always found them to be punctual and return car in good order, they are better than other cos i have used and now i stick with them; i'd give them 4 stars

“BE WARNED NEVER USE THIS COMPANY”

We had our car damaged, reported it and had no response, eventually managed to speak to the same rude woman as many others also with a screaming child in the background, ( very unprofessional) they won't accept any responsibility, we had £1000 worth of damage and the car had obviously been used to transport people as the back was filthy with what looked like cement. Would take it further but have read cases of people taking them to court, winning the case but never seen a penny, I think looking 4parking should also take some responsibility as they were the booking agent,but they don't want to know I have read that BBCTV WATCHDOG HAVE ALSO INVESTIGATED THEM.GOOLE THIS COMPANY BEFORE USING THEM

I used them back in June and I have been calling every week since and no-one has got back to me even though I have left 20 odd messages. Arrived at the airport, rang the number and no-one answered. On the 11th attempt - by which time I was panicking and after 15 mins of trying, I got a rude person answered the phone and said he would be 10 mins. 50 mins later he arrived, I could of been sat at home by that time. I found straches on my car and called after to complain and talk about the damage to my car and nothing. I can't get hold of them. DO NOT USE.

“Do not use”

We arrived early at the car park and they kept us waiting for half hour. Upon returning to collect our car we discovered that our sat nav which my partner had hidden in the boot had been stolen. Reported it to the company on the mobile number we were given for collection, and were told to ring another landline number. Upon calling that only an ansaphone answered the first day. Called again the next day and a woman answered with a child screaming in the background (very professional!). Told that she only takes the bookings and that I needed to speak to the staff regarding the theft, but would not provide a tel number. When I asked for the address of the company she gave me an address for Bubear and Jones - a steel building fabrication company!! And couldn't explain to me who they were! Needless to say, I have not been called back, or contacted in any way. Looking 4 parking who I made the booking through have emailed to say that because we didn't declare that it was in the car, under the terms of the booking (which we were told we should have asked for!!!!) it is not covered. Called to report the theft to the police, who of course are also totally disinterested and merely offer you a crime number. DO NOT EVER USE THIS COMPANY My son who also went away at the same time as us had (I know it's trivial) the cigarette lighter stolen from his car whilst it was in the care of RS09, so they clearly employ light fingered individuals.

“Avoid RS09”

On arriving, we phoned when we were 10 mins away the 'gentleman' that answered was incredibly rude and told me there was no possible way I could be only 10 minutes away. At precisely 10 minutes after my call I was called back, he was demanding to know where I was an accused me of lying about where we were when I called originally- we were actually just at the ticket barrier to the car park - pretty much on time to the minute. If I had been travelling on my own I would have been very intimidated as it was quite unsettling. On returning from the trip - the ticket said it would take to 20mins for our car to arrive after phoning. 4 mins after calling the 'gentleman' ( it turned out to be the same person) was demanding to know why we weren't at the car yet. 2 more calls within 10 minutes were received, both very rude, advising us we would be charged for the parking fee in the car park ( we still hadn't even got to 20mins from our 'landing' call yet - after which I would have thought it acceptable for them to have chased?) . Again it was very intimidating and I certainly would not have wanted to have been dealing with him on my own. When we got to the car he wasn't there but the car was. We had to wait a further 10 minutes stood by the car for him to arrive and give us our keys. It makes me wonder where the car had been parked if it took just 4 mins from my tel call to it arriving in the short stay car park. I asked if there was a customer services to which he responded he owns and runs the company so I couldn't complain. We had to pay to leave the car park, despite on booking the terms had said that this would not be the case. He was so aggressive we couldn't argue it any further and conceded to paying. I will never ever use this company ever again. We travel once a month at least and always use meet and greet services and have never ever had an issue before. It was a very nasty end to our lovely holiday. Avoid at all costs.

“Warning Do Not Use !”

I have used them a couple of times but the last occasion they delivered my car back with £3000 of damage to the front bumper & wing. Despite video evidence (the drop off driver crashed it in the car park !) my insurance company wouldn't take them to court. They decided that given the outstanding charges against them from previous court claims & while investigating them at companies house it wasn't worth chasing as they were about to liquidate. I cannot believe RS09 are still operating

I used RS09 at Gatwick and found the service excellent, on entry I was running late and was worried I was going to miss my flight so I called RS09 and they made sure a driver was there ready and waiting for me. On return I called for my car back and made my way to the meet point and my car was there ready for me. All the staff were polite and very helpful and I will defiantly use again and highly recommend RS09 the service was great.

I Have used Rs09 a number of times and have always received a high level of service, the staff have always been helpful, and friendly. My car was returned as i had left it and have recommended this company to a number of friends. Those that have used the company have been happy with the service they received. It's disappointing to see such bad reviews on here especially as I've used them for the past 5 years and never had any issues, I can't help but feel these customers have just been very unfortunate in their experiences. I will continue to use RS09. A happy customer :-)

RS09 is a bad company !!! I took them to court after they returned my car back to me damaged & even though I won my court case RS09 still have refused to pay up !!! What sort of unprofessional company is this & only today a lady contacted me as she has also had her car returned to her damaged. i am now going to update my website with with her story .
By all means continue to use RS09 at your own risk but the day will come when you also will have a damaged car !!

“Disaster”

Our car was brought back to us with an enormous dent in the boot we were told it was hit by a lorry while supposedly in a secure car park! the boot took 15 minutes to get open and we couldn't open it again. Our boot got wet from damage and all the electrics acted strangely, subsequently our car has been written off. We have had no help from the car park and correspondence was very poor. We are now seeking legal help to reclaim our losses.

You should report about this company they do not use secured compand to park cars but side streets in Hookwood that wrest one is povey. Croos road in Hookwood cars get damaged on there.

“DO NOT USE RS09 GATWICK PARKING”

Appalling service. When they returned my car, both rear alloys had been kerbed. The driver confirmed the damage and told me to call the office on Monday which I did. Luckily I had elected to pay by cash so refused when I saw the damage. I was then told to email photos of the damage, which I did. I then rang the office numerous times over the next 3 weeks to be always told the manager was either out, on holiday or they didn't know where the manager was. No-one ever returned my calls or acknowledged my email. They have never requested me to pay the outstanding bill which I guess is an admission that they caused the damage. I did some research on the internet and then realised that this appears to be a common complaint with this company, causing damage to customer's cars, leaving them parked out on the street etc. They have been taken to court before but still seem to be operating. My advice is to never use this company even if it ends up being free like mine was. I still have to pay for two alloys to be re-furbished.

“Very amateurish”

DO NOT USE. Told to ring when 20 mins away. When I rang told to ring again when on M23, which was about 10 minutes latter, after two attemtps to ring as the line was engaged I was told to go car park 3 level 5 South Terminal, found this by following signs, but it would have been nice to know this at the time of booking. Car inspected and taken, not too painful. On arrival back rang a couple of times before getting a reply.Ringing the mobile number I had been given sounded more like ringing someone running it from home rather than an office.Proceded to car park 3 level 5 and wait.We waited, phoned given some excuse, waited and waited, phoned more excuses. After more waiting and more phone calls car eventually turned up after an hour and fifteen minutes. Not what you want after a relaxing holiday. Fortunately it was a warm dry day and we did not get cold waiting out in the open 5 floors up. Needless to say my first and last experience with this company. DO NOT USE.

“AVOID this car parking meet and greet service”

We were on the M25 near Gatwick Airport, we phoned as requested and were told to phone again when on the M23, why didnt they say this, then everybody won't phone them on the M25 like they say to do. They eventually arrived to collect our car, 20 mins after we arrived at the airport, car inspected as normal like all other meet and greet. When we returned from our 10 day holiday, I telephoned the number having cleared customs, I was informed that the place of collection of our car had changed, the man on the phone told me to go to CARPARK 3 level 5 to collect my car, not knowing we're this was, relaxed form returning from holiday, I eventually found it, the car arrived 20 minutes later and 2 phone calls from me, being told "my driver made a mistake and went to the wrong terminal". When the car arrived I was asked to inspect it for damage and was given the parking ticket the driver had got when he made entry to the car park, the driver then informed me that I would have to pay a £3 exit fee to leave the carpark and then reclaim this from RS09. Well I have tried to get my money back via the booking agent LOOKING FOR PARKING they were useless as well, I will NEVER use these companies again, I will go back to MAPLE MANOR PARKING in the future. DO NOT USE!!!!

occasionally we can get the terminal wrong the meet points are new to us aswell as this is gatwicks process not ours as for the £3 charge this is down to gatwick we validate all tickets at the carpark if they were charged to get out gatwick have been paid twice we know this as we get a monthly statement from gatwick with all the parking fees paid on it.
