Purchased some boots that didnt fit. Contacted trekwear re returns and no info given. Took boots to PO to return - charge of £7.86. The PO man told me most home shopping companies had free couriers to pick up returned goods. Decided not to bother and contacted trekwear. Was told terms and conditions clearly state you have to pay for returns. I told the adviser that not many people read the terms and conditions. He then offered me the courier returns service as a cost of £7.50!!!!!! What a rip off!!!

I do not know of any company who allows free returns...they do have to make a profit.
