i have been waiting 12 days for my order an still not arrived phoned trek ware who weren't even botherd told me they carnt track it because its with royal mail

“Garbage company, rude arrogant staff, AVOID”

Ordered on a Thursday, order still not been despatched on the Monday and they charged me £3.90 for that "service". The bare faced cheek. Staff are rude and arrogant. Zero customer service skills, zero confidence in their ability to process an order quickly. God knows when I'll get my order. Judging by the other reviews I'm not alone. Just go to someone reputable and not these amateur sharks. If you get through to that scottish women with an attitude problem may the lord have mercy on you.

“Avoid at all costs. Hopeless company.”

Be wary of buying anything from these, I placed an order for some goggles and when they hadn't arrived after a week, I contacted them only to be told my order was cancelled and someone had called or emailed me. If they had, I really wouldn't be chasing them, would I? Really not a good practice to be selling stock you haven't got, and the website is poor as the order was showing even thought they had cancelled it. The whole experience has left a very sour taste in my mouth and I won't buy anything from these again.

“Rubbish company”

I ordered a size 12 jacket which turned out to be too small despite the fact that I am a size 10-12. Not enough room to wear a jumper in cold weather. Contacted Trekwear to ask them to send me a pre-paid returns label as it would cost £8 for me to return and was told that I had to pay for this myself. Ridiculous especially when you are ordering online and unable to try on. They wrote to me saying that they thought the trousers (trousers!!) were the correct size. They clearly didn't even know what we were talking about!! Very disappointed with this company. How can you not allow free returns Trekwear? Most online companies allow this. Especially when I was asking for a larger size rather than a refund. Will not be buying from Trekwear again.

“Poor quality not fit for purpose”

Purchased my son some school shoes, which lasted only 3 weeks!!!!!!, when I phoned customer service I was told I shouldn't have brought my son cheap school shoes and that he was probably playing football and running about in them too much!!!!! so I shouldn't expect them to last!!. Do they expect 8 year old boys to sit still and not run around on the playground? She said I could send them back for them to look at, but at my expense. And they would only replace them if there was a manufacturing problem. This would leave my son without school shoes for a week. The customer services lady then said "I am sure you have a spare pair!!!!!!" does she not understand people are on a budget? Rant over!!! The person I spoke to was rude and unhelpful and I will not be using this company again.

Will never shop with them again. I ordered craghopper fleeces in Otter,and two sand colours. Got email saying I was getting all that order as they were all in stock. Few days later got phone call Otter not available after all,so chose a different colour fleece chose Moss. Got delivery instead of two sand and one moss got two moss and one sand. So ring up again as I want to return the moss. Apparently that was fine and they were sending me the other sand fleece. Phone call same day no sand fleeces left, they will send me a return package so I can return the fleece. And there it stands they have charged me for the fleece I didn't want so the next thing is too see if I get my money back. Tooooo much hassle, never again.

I ordered on the 1st December and taking into account the weather contacted them on the 17th to be informed that my delivery had been marked "Stolen" by parcelforce.
I was assured that another delivery would be posted and we are still waiting.
I suspect that it has not been re-posted as I have been given the same tracking number for the second parcel!
I have requested a refund, seems as though I am being fobbed off!
I wish I had read this website before ordering.
Buyers please beware! You are taking a risk ordering from this website, cheaper doesn't always mean best. Poor aftersales if they even answer the phone! They certainly have never answered my emails.
I would give no stars if permitted.

Absolutely appalled by the customer service of this company. I ordered from them last year with no problems; completely different story this year. Ordered goods which were in stock on 9th December, a week later order still saying 'Ready for Despatch', money taken from account but no sign of goods.... and no sign of ANY customer service. No one answers the phone, however after 26 times of calling I got an answer - the guy was unhelpful and told me my order might be dispatched by end of week; no one responses to my two emails I have sent. Their testimonials are pure rubbish and clearly bias and probably made up! I would never order from this company ever again!

Ordered some Craghoppers trousers which happened to have a faulty button that came unstitched the first time I wore them.

I accept these things happen so I returned them but trekwear just refunded the cost of them rather than giving me a replacment and did not refund any of the postage.

So it cost £4.95 to get some faulty trousers then £2.25 to post them back so I just lost out on £7.19. Customer service never answer the phone or emails.

I ordered a pair of snow boots for my son from them because they were the only one that still had his size. I seriously suspect I will never receive my product.
I've called they customer service and nobody answers the phone, and there is no answering machine either.
Sent them an email, and guess what? No response so far.
I smells like a scam. I will wait a couple of days, and cancel my order.

Stay away from this shop!!!

I buy from them because they're cheap but have always received the worst service from any supplier on the Net. Although all items are in stock it is normal for them to not despatch for at least 2 weeks - I've even paid extra for next day delivery and still waited nearly a fortnight! They don't respond to emails either so you're left completely in the dark and very frustrated not knowing when your stuff will arrive. I think it's wise to take all their 'testimonials' with a very large pinch of salt.
