Would never book to travel with this company again. Our tour guide cancelled just days before the trip and the company had no back up plan. So we had a week long trip with no tour guide and no information. It was basically up to us on where to go and what to see. It was extremely unorganized. After the trip was over, it took days/weeks to even get a response about a complaint and only a few people on the trip were offered some sort of refund but others weren't. The basis in which this company operates is unfair and I would urge people to book with other tour companies before this one.

Don't book with this company!
They don't organise anything. They make you pay good money for nothing. They give you no information, no guidance, no vouchers and you have to sort out everything yourself. The program keeps on changing even after your booking.
Hotels are of inferiour quality. They carge full board for kids (even when under 4 years old) And they don't do anything with a complaint or even with an question.
