I noticed this 3.5tog Grobag at John Lewis when searching for a new one for by baby and thought it perfect for the winter. They were out of stock so I Googled suppliers. The Eurobambino wooden stackable high chairs are excellent for my twin toddlers. It means they can eat propaly at the dining room table as the chair is just the right height to put their legs under the table without any gaps. The item ii received was damaged and the customer service to rectify this was terrible, unhelpful and unprofessional. My wrap was sent to me with blue ink stains on it and this company did not even apologise or were willing to accept fault. I will never use this business again. This review is truly astounding. Not only did we apologise for the "stains" and offer an immediate exchange, we also processed their full refund within 24 hours of receiving the item back after they had decided they wanted to cancel their order instead. The only thing that is disgraceful is that people can post reviews on this website without any proof of the false accusations they are making and small family run businesses that pride themselves on their value and service are powerless to stop it.

I bought this highchair for my 5 month old daughter and she took to it immediately. I am sure it will help with the weaning process. Especially since there are different height adjustments and the seat position is adjustable too. The assembly was a little bit tricky and I had to get my husband to tighten some screws etc. We live in a small flat, but the highchair does not look out of place in our living room. I love this high chair. My 9 month old is such a live wire and will not and hardly ever has let me spoon feed her and rightly so lol. She will also not sit in the one we bought her with a tray and it has straps but not a tight one like this high chair does. This strap that goes between the legs is almost like a bar.
