I ordered a JTV 59p Goldtop , but received a Jtv69 Goldtop so was pretty disappointed. However I phoned customer service and they dealt with my complaint quickly and efficiently, they arranged for the wrong guitar to be picked up and to get me the right guitar all within 24hours, and also keeping me notified by email throughout. “Haven't received guitar after 7 weeks”

I'm very disappointed so far, it's been 7 weeks since I've ordered my guitar. I've phoned them countless times to ask what is happening, and not had a very clear response. One of the times I was told they'd be stocking the guitar and send one to me at the end of march, but I phoned up today, and now I've been told it'll be the end of april. I wouldn't mind too much, but they took the money from me when I ordered it, I'd prefer if they only took the money once they dispatched it. (Which they... (read more)

Always a bit of a worry, buying a guitar on line without ever playing it, but nowadays the quality of name brands is pretty consistent. The guitar I was sent was a nice example with a good grain pattern. This is my second 'Classic Vibe' Telecaster, and I'd recommend them to anyone. The quality is very good, the set-up is good and the looks of these guitar is spot on. The guitar arrived the next day, which amazed me. Next on my list is a nice Strat, from the same series. Service from the shop itself was very pleasant and professional, and I would recommend the shop to people. However, the parcel service was very poor. The driver didn't arrive at all, and after a complaint had been made about him, he would not deliver the parcel the same day. The following day he was completely unapologetic and rude interrupting me at work. I wouldn't want to do any business who use this delivery service. (read more)

Best price I could find on the internet with free delivery as well. The pedal arrived within three days of ordering it.
As for the MXR Micro Amp - I have used it a couple of times at band practice and it does exactly what I hoped for - a clean boost without extra distortion to allow solo's or single note parts to cut through the overall mix. It works with my Boss power supply as well which is a bonus.

cool, and on the basis of GG's 7 day return. Half expected to ship it
back, or at least have to upgrade pickups and get decent set-up, but
played great straight out of the box, intonation perfect and P90s sound as
good as originals on my 67 SG Special.
Light as a feather for a Les Paul (maybe 7lbs?Makes my 70s LP Deluxe feel
like a paving slab))and awesome value for a US Gibson.
