I am still trying to contact the legal deed poll service to find out where my documents are. I have called the number on their website and the despatch line numerous times a day since I last posted on here. They keep me on hold and then cut me off, saying they are busy and to call again later which is what I do. Still, they cut me off. When I email them, I get an email back saying my email has been automatically deleted. The live chat on their website never ever works. Can anyone help me?

Thanks for answering this question.

Why don't you try writing a letter explaining the situation, when you post it record or register it. That way it has to be signed for. I think it's £1:70 to record it and about £6:00 to register. If you register it they guarantee next day delivery, and you can track it on line. I hope this is of some help.

I cannot get in contact with the company, does anyone know where I can find an unknown number where I can actually contact them? I paid £8.50 to archive my deed poll but haven't received that deed poll to sign. I want that deed poll or my money back. Live chat doesn't work, they don't email back and the phone number to call the deed poll officer cuts out after putting me on hold for ages. Please help?

Have you tried ringing both the numbers that are shown on te website? Both the Landline and mobile? Have you also tried requesting a call back? Failing all that you could always submit in writing to the company your issue as their address is also given on the "contact us" page

Hi, I used the same site and had no problems at all. I can understand your frustration on not being able to find a number to contact them. You may need a reference number that you received by email if you ordered on line This is the information I received by email when I used this service some months ago. I hope this helps and good luck in sorting the issue.

Hi, I also have used this site, albeit about a year ago. I found the service to be excellent. I also phoned them and had no issues. Agree with other posts, pls try using other methods to contact and perhaps during off peak times. Apologies, wish I could be of more help...

I had no problems with this company. The guy dealing with my Deed Poll called and sorted everything. The Deed Poll was sent out 2 days later. Quick, easy and efficient. There should be numbers in the email they sent you confirming your request. I hope you get this sorted

I just used this company. The time limit on ordering legal copies is just 48 hours from when you tell them you are happy with the Deed Poll they've drawn up and they do the legal stuff. The only way around this is to pay a fee £8.75 I think, and they will archive the information for you. I'm guessing the archive means you can then pay to get copies whenever you want in future. I was impressed with their customer service - they responded very quickly. Have you tried e-mailing them?
