Not very helpful from start to finish. I had difficulty getting the exact right number of people for the activity booked, due to illnesses among other things, but there was no flexibility their side at all. I shrugged it off as I figured they have their minimum groups, just deal with it. But then on the day of the event, when we turned up at the location for our activity with Absolute Airsoft, there was nothing there. Not even a single sign to suggest we were in the right place. We... (read more)

Extremelley poor communication throughout. Rang me with a really rude tone when I complained that no-one was answering my questions online. Expensive for what was a very basic night out in Oxford (read more)

Cost if organised independently - £35 Quad biking, £25 Travelodge £13 3 course meal. Cost if organised with ChilliSauce - £142. £69 more expensive. It is likely that Chillisauce get a discount from these companies for booking with them. I got in contact with a chillisauce adviser on the phone, asking if i could go to the quad biking as a spectator - she said she would get back to the hen party lead (bridesmaid) she didn't. The "basic hotel" turned out to be the travelodge... (read more)

Would not even give this a one star rating but had no other option. Absolutely terrible company, i think my blind nan could have done a better job. The staff at chillisauce seem to have no customer service skills what so ever. Honestly people, if you carefully read through the reviews you see this is not the first time they have messed up big time. You are better off organising your own party or go to another more reliable company who can deal with problems when faced with thier mess ups!!!... (read more)

Booked with chillsauce, for karting and club in birmingham, karting went ok but refused entry to the club (Gatecrasher), arrived at club well before 11pm and were told they had no confirmation off chili sauce rang there help line and no answer, on returning home rang chillisauce who then said no calls were made to the helpline we can prove off our bills that calls were made. after many calls they now say we turned up late to venue, totally untrue. We are now seeking legal advice for... (read more)

Can't speak higher of Budapest as a location or these guys as the ones to put it all together for you. Had no idea of where to go but knew it had to be abroad. They suggested Budapest if the flights work out and they did, but we had no idea of just how good it would be. Went go karting and rode the beer bike which were both brilliant. Stayed in apartments rather than a hotel which I wan't sure about but agin they were spot on with the suggestion. Bar crawl was amazin and so was the guide who... (read more)

Having just returned from my stag doo in Belfast I have to say I had a mixed experience of good and bad points, however the bad points outweigh the good points for me. Firstly contact with the Chillisauce rep went from moderate to zero as soon as the final payment was made. After numerous emails I took it upon myself to find the information I needed. The hotel was a major plus point as it was very central to where we wanted to be and the rooms and service we received was great. The evening... (read more)

Hi Chris, The weekend was really good, loads of fun with no aggravation and everything went to plan!! The hotel was great, the beer and burger was really good as I thought this would just be a pile of slop but everyone loved it!! We didn’t really use the guest list stuff but that’s because we went to revs and got caught up with the night there and everyone was happy to stay!! Everything was great and I would definitely recommend your services to anyone looking to book a stag/hen... (read more)

PLEASE READ IF YOU DON'T WANT TO HAVE YOUR STAG DO RUINED!! Yes it was cheap and cheerful (£15 per head), yes, the list looked impressive and yes, ordering was simple and yes, they took my money very quickly. Now, did we get any value for our money? NO WAY!!! As a stag do, the group consisted of the same gender. The first problem that we could foresee was that we had to be in each of the venues BEFORE 11:00pm. Although not that spread out, it was still a difficult task of spending... (read more)

Have very few bad things to say about Riga... Great city, great hotel (Radisson Blu Hotel Latvia), great women, no trouble (we were a group of 15 blokes and had no trouble getting in anywhere and there were no issues with locals), not too many stag do's out there and great service from the Xdream team... Boblseighing was good fun, wouldn't want to do it again but as a one off it was worth it and the go-karting was ok - only had 15 minutes each on the track...again probably worth doing but... I had a large group for my brothers stag do and decided to go through an event booking company. Chillisauce were excellent from start to finish, the quote I got was way better than anything you could put together yourself. Their online payment system is great for organising everyone, you can send out group emails and people can pay as and when they need to. Everybody had a great weekend and all the lads were really impressed with the value we got for our money. The hotel had a great... (read more)

We had an absolutely AWESOME time in Brighton!!! I really was impressed with absolutely everything and the Hen had an absolute ball, it honestly could not have gone any better. As you know I unsure about a hostel at first but can honestly say it met all of my expectations - the staff were friendly, helpful and accomodating. The rooms were clean, there were plenty of toilets and showers so no queuing which was pretty darn impressive given our group size! The facilities were spot on, we... (read more)

We had a great weekend and it went very smoothly so thanks to Chillisauce and Chris for all their efforts. The hotel was gorgeous, would highly recommend it, especially the breakfast! Cocktail making was prob one of the highlights, the guy who ran it, Johnny, was fantastic and it was a great ice breaker for the people who didn't know everyone. The boat was quite random, but a good laugh - the taxis dropped us off in the wrong place but we managed to get hold of the boat and they came to... (read more)

I organized a stag weekend in Edinburgh with Chillisauce a couple of weeks ago. The hostel was brilliant, excellent location, excellent facilities and Paul who worked in the night reception was very patient and good aul craic with us after our nights out. The club was excellent and ideal for the group we had although we didn’t make it there on the Saturday night for a few reasons. Karting was brilliant and the format suited our group very well. The Stag also had a great weekend. These... (read more)

The whole event was fantastic, excellent value for money and everyone had a brilliant time! Paintballing and mini-tanks were great - the site was well-run and very professional (and some of the paintball bruises we acquired were hilarious!) The evening went very smoothly as well - the lap dancing place contacted me directly via text and we were collected from a bar we were in via Hummer. The lads had a great time there and the groom was suitably humiliated on stage by a couple of the... (read more)

I recently attended a Stag weekend within Tallinn Estonia provided by www.chillisauce.co.uk. I paid 175GBP for 2 nights twin room + activities. The hotel was of a good standard a 5minutes walk from the airport. One activity was a guided bar crawl. This was very poor. The group consisted of 16 with an average age of 31. We was guided by a young girl of 19. She spoke good English although did not communicate effectively. When asking where we were going what type of bars, no answer was... (read more)

The weekend was absolutely brilliant! We lucked out with the weather and had an amazing time at the games and throughout. Thanks for your help in organizing - it was definitely less stress having gone through a third party.
Here's some feedback for you:
Location was great, right by the sea and not too expensive to get into town. Hostel staff were really helpful when we needed to book cabs and order pizza. 24 bar was definitely appreciated by some members of the group!

The hotel was nice and the breakfast was excellent, hotel was perfect location as was opposite the pier and in the heart of Brighton, i.e. minutes walk away from bars and pubs and food!
Amazon events were fantastic, really looked after us and was clear they wanted us to have a great time. Please pass on my thanks to them as everyone really enjoyed doing something different!
Service was first class from yourself thank you, it made my job arranging things so much easier.

From enquiring to booking to the event itself everything was as organised as
you would want it.
The great thing about Chillisauce is it enables a large group to organise an
event and take the stress away from phoning and dealing with 5,6,7 different
companies or venues.
The paintballing was a great day out we arrived an hour or two to early but
they accommodated us and let us start when we arrived.
To be honest we didn't go to the night clubs or the bars on the nights
designated this was... (read more)

My feedback for the services received is as follows;
Activity Centre - Extremely helpful and good fun. The guys there were great and the activities were execellent. For reasons unknown we did not do the blindfold 4x4 driving but this was substitued for BoKarts but this was fine and all parties enjoyed this activity as well as the others booked. The BBQ was great and they threw in a beer for all. The only issue was that we had to pay extra for the ammo used on the Airsoft (£10 per head) but... (read more)
