Olvera Street is the oldest street in Los Angeles, and is located downtown, right across the road from union Station. It has a very Mexican bazaar feel about it - there are loads of stalls selling cheap, colorful, fun junk! There are several shops with better quality items, too, are there are so many little nooks & crannies, old buildings and even a couple of preserved houses which house small museums.
