Yodel were responsible for collecting a table which I wished to be returned as it was badly damaged in delivery. been waiting for 4 parcels to be delivered by the 9th of May have received 2 the other 2 Ihave been tracking so far they have been to birmingham and aberystwyth nowhere near liverpool where they are supposed to be. Now tracking them this morning I find 1 has supposed to have been delivered and signed for but god knows where or who because it certainly was not at my address or signed for by me. They were delivering a sofa to my neighbour. A crashing noise was heard. Another neighbour looked out of his upstairs window on hearing the noise. Unable to see registration number of vehicle. I booked Yodel via Parcel2Go to deliver an eBay purchase. I received a text message confirming my parcel would be collected and I waited in all day but no collection was attempted. To make things worse they sent another message later in the day claiming they had attempted collection which was a blatant lie! This experience was repeated after the collection 2 days later after it was rebooked so all in all an absolute waste of time. Do yourself a favour and avoid. (read more)

5 days after my parcel was apparently delivered I'm still without my sons 12th Birthday present. Yodels' online chat system couldn't give me any details as to where it had been delivered or who signed for it, they said it had been delivered and referred me back to the retailer (Ebuyer). If you Google the address of both Yodel and ISME you will find that both companies are registered at exactly the same address, are they the same company? I had a card put through my door saying they had tried to deliver but would come back the next day. Today I tracked my parcel and apparently last night at 21.29 another attempt was made to deliver my parcel and a card put through my door!?
Another lie I was in all evening and received no card (and have a security camera at the front door so proof that nobody called) After I called customer services and threatening legal action- my parcel finally turned up around 7 this evening when nobody was in and left in the garden.
I have wasted enough time and money - my parcel was plants which are the worse for wear as might be expected- and unless you can compensate me for the inconvenience and time I have spent waiting in, not to mention replacing the plants which will probably not live, you can't help, and sorry but never again will I buy from a company which uses Yodel.

Thank you for the comment and effort for looking into this. I had to cancel my order from the seller as would not want to risk for taking another day off and not have my products delivered. I did try to get the order re-delivered three times (including contact the seller directly twice), it was all uncessful, so would rather to cancel the orders and seek alternatives.

Yodel haven't even tried to deliver my item yet. Day 1 they admitted they wouldn't make it in time, next 3 days, item misplaced, in this time I couldn't make a new order or cancel this one until yodel confirmed its lost, day 4: will be delivered by 5:30.... It's now 20:47 and still out for delivery. Deff innately cancelling/returning contract phone in principal. This was the shirt version, without the telephone call logs. New phone ordered from Carphone Warehouse was meant to be delivered yesterday between 7.30am and 9pm. Waited in the whole day for it - it got to around 7pm I phoned the delivery driver to find out when it was going to arrive. This company is a joke. I've had lots of dealings with them none good! One delivery driver rang my flat buzzer and asked me to come down stairs to collect my parcel. When I asked him to bring it up as I had 2 young children he said no you'll have to come and get it yourself because I'm having a cigaret and the building has a no smoking sign on it!!!! I have ordered two items from amazon. Today (2nd May) I was in all morning and when I went to check the post I found a while you were out card. So I ordered a Samsung laptop, and for some insane reason YODEL JUST HAD TO BE THE COURIER SERVICE?! Why on earth does this company still exist?! It has always been rubbish! I ordered a package from Amazon and that has never gone wrong until now. I made the mistake of going to work roughly around the time I was supposed to receive my package. I came home to find a failed delivery notice with the Card ID almost entirely ripped off! It said they would try to deliver it again the next day, but I haven't got anything in over a week. They say delivery has been attempted 3 times and cards left. No cards left and at home during all apparent attempts. When it did turn up the parcel (a fragile picture) had been "repacked by Yodel" in a black bin bag and was damaged beyond repair.
