I booked Yodel to collect two parcels through Parcel2go. I waited in all day at great inconvenience only to receive emails at 7pm stating that they were unable to collect. These are standard emails and do not state why they did not collect, but list a number of possible reasons. “Terrible, Useluess Expensive”

After paying for a 24 hour delivery. its now 31 hours no sign. not even an email or phone call to let me know. Ever time I ring you can only speak to a machine not a person. “Items not delivered.”

As a customer of Amazon I order quite a few items and felt I should make a comment about Yodel. In the last 6 months, two of the items I ordered have never been delivered to me and I've had to go through the process of contacting the different sellers. Both these items were to be delivered by Yodel but I never received them but both sellers were adamant they had sent them out. I ordered a parcel off Amazon, it got passed onto yodel who scanned the item as delivered which it wasn't. They are worse than useless, they are liars. They hide behind the internet with no real people to talk with. Online chat (46 mins) couldn't/wouldn't give me the contact details of the local depot. Said I could just turn up and get the parcel. said open 24/7!!! drove 46 miles and arrived at 12.30pm. SHUT. Lots of people around but not one would sort out the parcel. Yodel have no customer services at all..we sell online more than 3000 items...we have to dispatch every order with in 12 hrs...we moved to new warehouse in manchester we placed the order for racking...2000 items are on floor..next day god know how every one was jumping around stock to pack items...it eas a disaster...we were totally ducks due to YODEL...we clearly told to yodel NOT TO DELIVER BEFOR 10 as the warehouse open 10..the delivery guy turned up 9 oclock...and sonce then we started… Read Full Review

I was supposed to receive a parcel on Thursday, however I had to go out. the system didn't have my current address so I had to select the old one and just hope. It said on the tracker that it was missed as I expected and so I ordered it to be delivered the following day. After waiting nearly four weeks for Yodel to deliver a special Christmas present, I contacted them and was told they would reply within 24 hours with information regarding my parcel. They did not contact me, so I contacted them again and they told me that they had probably lost my parcel and to sort it out with the sender of the parcel myself, even though neither of us are at fault. This company is a joke. The delivery: I was expecting a parcel and they (supposedly) came on the 11th of December when I wasn't home. But after that day I was home every single day and no one came, but on their website they said they came every day and could not access the property. Indeed, you have to call an interphone to have access, but they didn't do that.
