Tried to arrange delivery with on line service phone service and on line chat. All totally chaotic. Promised delivery repeatedly sat in for days. Got no where with on line chat. Only it was so frustrating it was laughable like something out of Monty python. Don't use this company. If you'd a company using this service cancel your contract. What a rubbish firm I just wish I had read the reviews on this company before purchasing a label for delivery. I paid £10.50 to post a parcel that I wanted to return following an online purchase. A pick up day was given times being between 8am and 6pm waited in all day no show. Checked on the status of the parcel stated that I was not in when the driver called and a card had been left what a load of rubbish have rearranged the delivery of the parcel several times very frustrated calls made… Read Full Review

Terrible delivery service. No one called, texted, e-mailed or left any form of communication for the 4 times they "tried" to deliver. We have a gate yes, but only one person called on the 5th try about that and he was at the wrong house. I directed him to the right house but no contact at all saying he couldn't get in. I orderd a collection on 6 Sept, stayed at home for whole day, nothing happened, phoned them next morning, they promised to collect but nothing happened. In the evening I phoned again and spoke to a manager who promised to refund and to cancell my order, but didn't. On 8 Sept I recieved a text message saying that they would collect today.(again). “"Delivered" in a safe place but nowhere to be found”

I wish I could give this company zero stars as my parcel has not been delivered and will probably never be. Got a note saying my parcel has been delivered and put in a "safe place". I did not ask them to do so and I have no clue where my parcel is. I asked my neighbours (that use to collect my packages and give them to me if I am unable to) and they said they have not seen it either. I waited in till 6;30pm only to watch the driver pull up not even ring the buzzer ... put a card through the door and drove off before I could catch him! no attempt to leave with a neighbour even though I was in. and now I have to wait till Monday to see if anyone actually attempts the delivery ... shocking service… Read Full Review

I don't even want to give YODEL a star. I used the next day delivery service to London and long-story-short four days later my parcel is tracked in the East Midlands. The driver attempted to deliver the package 5 days late but I wasn't in. Didn't leave a card I found out through the online tracking portal. The next day I stayed home to wait for the parcel and it didn't come, apparently they "couldn't access the property" so the driver didn't even try to deliver it. You do not get paid and then they make up stuff about some 'checks they have to carry out which is not stated on the website or in their application process! They couldn't deliver even 1 out of 4 parcels, the support was unable to help and everytime the tracking history says ' we levt you a calling card' it was a lie, they never did. They also delivered a parcel to a neighbour who doesn't exist, so nobody knows where my parcel is. Ordered a new battery for my laptop from a supplier on the south coast. Still waiting. They sent it via Yodel, who picked up on the day it was ordered ( showed in their tracking system) but five days later it still shows as being in their Southampton depot. Am now in dispute with both them and the seller. my recommendation? TRIPLE check any on-line sellers to check who they use for delivery. If its is Yodel, AVOID like the plague… Read Full Review

Yodel are quite possibly the worst delivery company I have ever had the misfortune to deal with, and are not even competent to be in business as a delivery company. A few weeks back I heard a hammering at my door at 2:15pm. As I work nights, this woke me up and I could not make it to my door in time. I wouldn't give Yodel any stars if I had the choice. My parcel was delivered to the wrong address for a start and then notified me that it was at my address, it was only when I got curious and contacted them that I found this out. Ordered from ebuyer on Friday and paid extra for Saturday delivery. No problems there as ebuyer had despatched by 4pm. On the day of delivery my package was still out for delivery with 35 deliveries before mine at 1pm. Come 3pm and still no delivery so I check again... Sorry we missed you?!? And they'd left a card... somewhere, because I couldn't find it. Apparently they'd attempted delivery at 1:30pm so that means they made 35 deliveries in 30 minutes... seems unlikely. Today I was supposed to have a package delivered and my dad was unaware so he turned off the bell on the gate. The deliverer left a message and we phoned back even though it was out of the hours that we were told which is 7am while 7pm this person drove all the way back and delivered my package at around 9pm, which was very sweet and generous.
