Good price, but two issues on the payment form that could prevent you from buying... 1) Doesn't work on Google Chrome, cannot enter purchase date, cannot continue FAIL. I had to switch to IE10 on Windows 7. Chrome Version 26.0.1410.64 m! 2) Address lookup - don't have two entries for same information and why only allow house numbers for address lookup? My advice, allow named properties and if not found, THEN show fill it in yourself. As if you leave the postcode in form above find... (read more)

Although did find cheaper cover comparatively this one seems the best for the money. Prefer to pay in one instalment and can forget about it for a year. Was a bit confused as on paying stated 1st payment 26th December 2013 surely I made the first payment on the day I paid 26th Dec 2012??? Having purchased this insurance for my iPhone, I was initially pleased with the price and coverage. However when my iPhone suffered water damage they did not replace my phone. Instead they changed the glass used for the screen with a 'non-Apple' componant. This means that my iPhone is no longer an Apple product and thus I can never go to the Apple store for any future help. End result: I had to buy a brand new iPhone.
