I called and arranged for an engineer to fix our old water softener which had reached it's shelf life, it was expensive to feed and not that efficient. Fortunately the engineer came prepared and thus ended up with a comparative Rolls Royce. Quick efficient installation, very effective and economic. (read more)

The local bathroom shop told us we should invest in a water softener system whilst our house was being rennovated. After researching the web for something that was compatible with my mega flow system i decided on the Eau so Soft R2. I can't believe the difference it has made. Cleaning is easy and we no longer have to scrub our shower screen. Our kitchen and bathrooms are still looking like new. We bought a water softener from Phoenix 7 months ago and was installed by my plumber when refurbishing the house. There delivery was prompt and very helpful explaining certain parts of the softener. There customer service was very good when dealing with my plumbers questions regarding flow rates etc, which have proved to be spot on! The bonus is that now the bathroom is clear from limescale and now I wonder why I never had one before. Thank You . (read more)

I had this softener fitted 5 months ago and I am extremely pleased with the results. I had it installed to support my medical condition which required softened water. My condition is improving due to this product. I would also like to state that the service I received was excellent. (read more)

We have had a water softener in all our homes for over forty years.Our old softener gave up so bought a Eau So Soft R2 recomended by Phoenix water service LTD We are very pleased with this oftener and would highly recommend it. Our softener was recommended by Phoenix when our old one broke down.Smart design , compact, very efficient and uses very little salt. Fits in a cupbaord in the utility room and quite silent. This water softener has given us trouble free service for years. We have it maintained annually without problems. It is easy to use and durable. Consumes modest amounts of salt, 4-6 bags a year. (read more)

A must have appliance! Our friends recommended a water softener to us after having a new bathroom suite fitted. It seemed like such an expense but we are glad we made the investment. With a limited budget we opted for the Eau So Soft R2. Would not be without it! Makes cleaning effortless and my bathroom still looks brand new. (read more)

Owned this water softener now for 2 years, had not owned one previously but was plesantly surprised at how good they are. This Eau So Soft water softener has performed admirably using very little salt and is very quiet when regenerating. We rarely clean our bathroom now! Would recommend this water softener to anyone thinking of buying one. (read more)

Uses very little salt compared with our previous softener (previously Waterside MC250 - STAY WELL CLEAR!) We are a family of 4/5 and 1x25Kg bag seems to last us approx 2 months. After sale support from Phoenix Water Services is second to none. Would highly recommend! (read more)

Excellent water softener found it to be very economical on salt usage, one bag lasted for two months with family of four.Also the warranty was important it not only had three years parts but also three years labour,all the other softeners that we looked at only had one years labour,various length parts warranties and when checking their call out charges some of them charge over £90. Not the cheapest softener but value for the money. (read more)
