I used this website as my bridesmaids could order their own as they did not live locally to me and they could recieve and return if needed depending on size. One of my bridesmaids ordered 2 pairs in 2 different sizes, sending the one back (within the returns policy they state) that did not fit...NO REFUND!! Nothing received after almost 3 weeks. They tried to say I should contact Royal Mail as they sent them out recorded delivery, but no tracking details were provided by them (although I don't think it should be me that does the chasing. Absolutely awful experience with this company. Ordered shoes, paid £130 to them, didn't like the shoes, they were really tacky looking so I followed the returns procedure to the letter, sent the shoes back recorded delivery. No sign of my money back a year later despite numerous emails, texts and letters. BEWARE - they have no phone number - now I know why.
