“Terrible customer services”

This is the worst booking experience I have ever encountered in my life.They re-divert you to different people, informing me accounts and customer services don't work together, which is absolutely nonsense. When you contact them, they say accounts only reachable by e-mail. After 4pm, they sing a different tune 'accounts not available at this time'. What absolute shambles - the customer service is utterly terrible. I have never met such a useless bunch of twits in my life. I booked my flights through a comparison website and ended up getting lumped with these monkeys. I rang initially because like previous customer reviews - I have been asked to verify who I am!! Having booked a flight with this company in December, I then received an e-mail asking me to complete a form with my credit card details to complete the booking. “Avoid Like The Plague”
