Good Points: Very good excercises and activities to help develop writing skills.
Good source of information and advice from well known writers.
Bad Points: None.
General comments: The Creative Writing Coursebook is a great source of information for anyone interested in improving their writing skills.
It is also perfect for people who are just beginning to write, and those who need to brush up on their skills for publication or pleasure.
They say that creative writing cannot be taught, but this book will guide you through the stages needed to produce some great work. It also includes advice on how to get your work published and what the pitfalls are.
A highly recommended addition to any writers/aspiring writers bookcase.
