“Don't buy from them”

Bought a hob and fan. The lighter broke in a matter of months. I alerted them within the warranty period. No response from them at all. Then the hob started giving us electric shocks. Nervously ordered this product as we couldn't believe the price. It didn't arrive the next day (although delivery was 2-3 working days)and we couldn't find it on the tracking system . We emailed at 6.30 a.m by 7.30 a.m we had a reply and the splashback was with us by lunchtime. Bought a range cooker in 2013 for our new home. After it was installed by a gas safe engineer it soon started to go wrong. Premier told us that they required the engineers gas safe number, address, name and a copy of the installation reciept. We did not supply this as we felt we were being blackmailed over a faulty cooker, instead we had the cooker safety checked by an independent engineer who told us the faults. odered splashback and upstands/adhesive two weeks ago and contacted customer services on couple of occasions ref queries, response on queries could not be faulted. “Worst customer service ever!”

Bought a griddle from this company. It was meant to be next day delivery but took 4 days to arrive and the when it arrived there was no plug! When we called the company they informed us that it needs a separate isolated switch and separate fuse in the fuse box, it cannot simply be plugged in, shame they did not tell us this when we rang up to order it or did not make it clear on their website. Despite negative comments I have just ordered a gas hob as it was the only one of its type I could find. Premier Range is a Google Certified shop so if you register with them your purchase is protected and they will sort out any problems for you. Hope this helps.

I have seen instances of this happening elsewhere witt this company but feel compelled to document my reposnse to avoid people using this sham company. I placed an order early Jan and was not told the item was out of stock. This has to be the worst company that I have ever come across. We bought a hob from the that developed a fault we contacted them within the warranty period. They took 98 days to send out the replacement parts. The replacement parts failed. So we have sent the product back.
