Ordered an item, paid cash, waited a week, inquired about its whereabouts, told still not in stock, may have to wait 2 weeks. Waited 2 weeks, told to wait another 2 weeks. Day 37, contacted customer service, told they would call me right back, but they never did, called them again later that day and was told to expect a reply the following day, but I never got it. 39 days later, I called them, and am told that they do not know when they will be getting it in stock. “Do not use !”

Needed a new gas hob , old one had failed. Chose Premier Range as they offered a red gas hob which would match the kitchen. After waiting 4 weeks finally realised they were not going to fill my order. Apparently they have never stocked or sold one before. This was ordered on the 4th. of March 2014. It is now 19th. July 2014. and still no refund . They take your call and promise to elevate the urgency of the refund, but refuse to copy you in on any e.mails to help inform you. We went for a n angled extractor hood and were told on the Tuesday that it was in stock. We advised that we would collect on Friday and duly drove the one and a half hours to Todmorden. We decided whilst there that we would have one of their beautiful digitally printed splashbacks but unfortunately they didn't have our size. “Bad customer service .. Not Good”

We bought our filter last year.. The main 2 reasons for going with this brand was actually the price and the fact that we liked the shape of their hood. Obviously, we needed to change the filter after a year of use and this is where it started to go wrong. I contacted them for advice on a particular filter.. They replied me it is the correct one. I ordered an oven and hob from this company they advised delivery would be 14 days, as it got to day 12 and our kitchen was complete we were only waiting on the oven and hob so decided to call and see when delivery would be. Had a new kitchen installed may 2013. Premier hob was used by the installer. After less than a year hob showed signs of wear and tear. Installer has tried to contact the company to get it replaced within the warranty period. This has been a waste of time to dste. If he phones he gets told thst they only deal with e mails. I installed a new kitchen and needed a splashback for behind my hob. I found this company online and have to say that the customer service is fantastic. I sent a few emails concerning the products which were answered very promptly and in detail to give me enough knowledge to do a perfect job. Bought a an extractor fan in feb 2013 in nov 2013 it stopped working. Asked for replacement they would only fix it when returned. Bought a two- burner hob from this firm, one of which never worked from day one. After two replacement flame failure devices did not cure the problem, they suggested I uninstall it and return to the factory for repair. They refused point blank to send a replacement which could have been installed as the faulty one was taken out. They were unconcerned that I would be without cooking facilities for a week or more.
