I have never experienced such appalling service from a supplier before. Splashback ordered 5th April, had to chase three times, each time given excuses about how goods will be delivered soon, and now have been told 'out of stock'. Staff are incapable of keeping accurate records, and are complete failures at corresponding with you once they have your money. I liked the look of the product, good price that's where the good points end. Hadn't heard anything so I called I was told it was out of stock on back order for two weeks,so i waited. Called on a Sunday to order a splash back for our kitchen which was being fitted the following week. Cheap price on Ebay, open on a Sunday and said they had an express overnight delivery service available- so seemed ideal. Called and ordered our item, asked about express delivery and were told "the quickest we can get it to you would be Tuesday", I reiterated back to him that as long as it arrived that day and was no later than that it would be fine. Went o purchase a hob extractor hood and double oven. The man that served us did not know anything about any of the products and wasonly willing to check and answer our questions if we were buying? Purchased over £1000 with of appliances. Splash backs are good cooker hood fine oven big no no, 6 months after installation oven overheated stopped working. After 6 months negotiation finally got a new oven as the engineer never turned up. Again 5 months after installation if the same oven exactly same fault. After perusing their website, which was really good and informative, I ordered a canopy which was delivered without problems and on time. The original canopy which I ordered was out of stock, but they offered me an alternative - bigger and the same specs - for the same price! Delivered our hood in a wet box. (since found they had a leak). The hood no longer works, asked for engineer to come out or replacement, they just sent a part. Expected us to fit the part, which included opening up the sealed unit, now fitted it still doesn't work. No reply since. Wont be dealing with again . (read more)

After purchasing and fitting a hob from Premier Range, the hob started to leak gas. We returned this and had it replaced without any problems. We were told to have the new hob fitted and they would refund the fitting charges. I send all the paperwork for the fitting and now they are refusing to pay saying that the gas fitter has charged us too much!! I bought from this company a 60cm Oven, 45cm Oven and warming drawer, a 5 ring gas hob, cooker hood and glass splash back. I made the 3.5 hour journey from my home to their premises to view the products before I bought. I have to say I love them, they are great and look fantastic. Oct 2010 I purchased a black gloss gas hob along with the matching and very expensive glass cooker hood. Overall both items cost me approx £650. One week after the hob was installed the far right dial loosened and this caused a pain in the !!!! when trying to turn off the gas so for the next 2 years we didn't use this ring. I had my review removed by this companies request. Because I had commented on the non existent customer service. I would like to thank you for sharing your experience with this company and warning people of your experience. I would like to recommend that you keep an eye on your comment as I mentioned before mine and a considerable amount of other bad reviews appear to have been removed. All I wanted from this provider was a couple of questions answered and if they did I would have gladly purchased what I needed, but as mentioned in a lot in feedback the customer service is non-existent.

Yes this company also tried to have my review removed but after much twoing and throwing with supporting emails being sent to the review centre, l managed to get my review re-instated. Same thing happened to me. I wrote a truthful review about their awful products and my experience and sure enough Review Center removed it wanting me to supply further evidence in which I did.
They passed my details onto PR but I very much doubt I'll hear from them. Perhaps they could work on their quality of product as I hear of so many people having things go wrong when their products should be highly durable.

We used a thing a called Click and Pick to save some cash coz we were buying exstarctor, hob and oven. Gave us a right bargain and even saved money on the postage. Didn’t seem to effect the delivery either. All up and working in the kitchen now. Does look nice. (read more)

We visited the showroom to pick up a cooker hood. I like to see what I’m buying. The staff were polite and very helpful and while I was there the Mood Splashback caught my eye. Don’t think I’d ever seen anything like it before so I couldn’t resist it changes colour on a cycle, or you can choose a colour for it to stay on. My digital oven is fantastic. Really easy to program and it looks great. Ordering over the internet is easy but not something I have done before I am very happy with this way of shopping. I was looking for a small hob to fit in my camper van. I looked around the internet on camping sites before stumbling across Premier Range. They had a good selection of 30 cm hobs – perfect for what I needed. I ordered and the hob was with me the next day. I bought an A73 cooker hood from Premier Range and, after installation, there was a slight rattle coming from the fan motor. After reading the reviews on here I feared the worst – but I needn’t have. I was looking for something different for my kitchen and I found it at Premier Range. They do a funky little extractor with different coloured LEDs around the base to change the ‘mood’ in your kitchen. Just what I wanted for mine – was quite surprised to find it to be honest! I have used this company recently and have nothing but good things to say about them. I ordered a 90cm cooker hood (The A73.9) for my new kitchen. It arrived promptly and in good order. My fitter and I decided that the space we had for it would be better served with a bigger hood – luckily Premier Range’s A73 range also featured a 100c, version. Purchased a Hood arrived next as promised, packaged extremely well. However the motor housing was damaged due to the courier mishandling. Contacted Premier Range and an alternative motor unit was dispatched immediately and received next day. My experiences in dealing with Premier Range are very different to many expressed here. Having placed an order with them, after reading the negative postings here, I contacted them to inform them that I would like to cancel my order. I certainly agree. I wonder about all the five star ratings for Premier Range. I wonder if they are all made up. I am more likely to believe the poor ratings, especially with my experience of purchasing a cooker hood.

Take a look at the Ebay rating and feed back for Premier Range - also on amazon.
It's this place that seems to buck the trend and it's a lot less well regulated than either Ebay or Amazon.

I purchased a cooker hood from this company on the 5th Feb 2012. I had to pay up front including delivery. At the time I ordered it, they stated it was in stock. Over a week later we were informed it was out of stock and no further information was given despite mailing them. In fact they didn't even bother to respond to the email. I had same problem with a fitted splash back which fits truly curved hood range I purchased in February, still not in stock and reason given was always the supplier. I pointed out that it was still available as in stock on website!! Just an update, I did eventually get my money back on 24th March but only after many phonecalls to their Customer Services (who also agreed that their service was terrible). I had to threaten them with going to the Police & I also got VISA involved.
If you do want to buy from this company make sure you use a CREDIT CARD or I think you will lose your money.

The look of the cooker hood I bought was first class. However, the control buttons did not stay in position when released, so the fan only worked if you kept holding the button in. I was sent a replacement button assembly which I couldn't fit as it was a soldered part, so I sent the hood back for repair. PREMIER RANGE COOKER HOOD H76 10S
Bought this hood online direct from Premier. Installed by professional fitter and looks fantastic. A couple of days in and discovered the hood was intermittently switching itself on.
Phoned Premier who suggested the touch control panel could be faulty and another would solve the problem. To flag up a problem with Premier you must fill in a lengthy online form and they get back to you. Premier stopped being helpful at the point at which I said the hood had been hard wired into the kitchen. Premier say that removal of their plug VOIDS the warranty. They require PHOTOGRAPHIC PROOF that the plug is still attached to the unit or any repairs are at your cost.
This neatly absolves them of any further claim on the warranty. I imagine many people would install the hood in the same way not wishing to have an unsightly plug or wire on display around the hob area, so beware. Take photos of the plug before you install it. Do not remove the plug. Or better still avoid this company altogether. Their customer service leaves much to be desired.

All you need to know is that I had to get the bank involved to recover the money for the item that wasn't delivered, that's how dodgy this company is. Do not order anything from this company, we ordered an oven from them in February 2012. We were told it was out of stock but if we pay and order online it will only take two weeks the money taken out of the account and after many calls we received a damage oven in May. We sent the oven back have been trying to get our money back since then it is now 10th June. We made many phone calls and dealt with many rude staff who promise to call back but never do. We are now in the process of writing to them and report to the Ombudsman.

Bought a gas hob from this company, it was fitted by a Corgi engineer, and worked fine for 8 months. Then one of the knobs broke, leaving the gas escaping from the hob. We had to isolate the gas to switch the supply off. Contacted \"Customer Service\" who said we had to PROVE it was fitted by a Corgi Registered fitter, As we cannot find the invoice we told them that it was nothing to do with the installation it was the product. Looking at this article I actually thought I had written it myself. The exact same thing has happened to me . Because I did not produce my fitters details in 3 days they closed the claim .Thats ok though as Trading Standards have told me to sue them for a replacement and all relevant costs. Thanks for the reviews. I have been taken in by the website, the products look great,and although i hadn't purchased I have made three enquires. Each time I was dealt with by a totally rude member of staff. I ignored this because ..against my better judgement i told myself the product was what I wanted -they needed to perhaps offer sales training to their staff, however after making a final call today prior to placing the order that i had been perusing for the last 3 months I again spoke to a rude member of staff, I decided to look at reviews ... and I am glad I did.. CDA do very similar product havent read the reviews yet but Goodbye premier, I don't need the hassle or headache!!
