We purchased an extractor unit from Premier Range. The purchase and delivery was fine. The first item arrived damaged and was exchanged by the company with no issue. We then purchased a different unit, which we preferred the look of. The first one was then returned to Premier Range through their RMA process. The item was received by them on the 11 Nov 15. “absolutely gutted and let down”

Bought not one but two premier rangmasters. Sold to me as able to use LPG. Both fitted and checked over by qualified gas fitter registered by corgi. I am out in the ccountryside and no natural gas. assured these ovens useable for LPG. Sadly after having them fitted and only 2 months into sale We started to use them as we had been away from home in usa. “AVOID AT ALL COSTS!!!!!!!!!”

We ordered a ceiling extractor fan which arrived with perfect packaging. After opening it up we found it to be damaged and looked as if it had been installed before. The company point blank refused to take it back or give us a refund/ replacement as we were slightly out of the 14day return period. Absolubtely disgusting service we feel robbed. the first one of these Premier Range glass hobs that we had shattered into a million pieces after 2 years of use. We called costumer services to tell them what had happened and that on the corner of the hob was a 'Lifetime Guarantee' statement as obvious as the Premier Range logo on the other corner of the hob. I think Premier Range are an awful company to deal with. They're great with sales and with general queries, but they don't keep you informed of deliveries or if you're item hasn't come in yet and they don't respond to complaints. They may be cheaper but do not be fooled! I had to compromise on two items as they did not have it 'in stock'. They say when they think it will be in but ten don't bother letting you know the situation. You will have to do all the chasing! Bought a range cooker in 2013 for our new home. After it was installed by a gas safe engineer it soon started to go wrong. Premier told us that they required the engineers gas safe number, address, name and a copy of the installation reciept. We did not supply this as we felt we were being blackmailed over a faulty cooker, instead we had the cooker safety checked by an independent engineer who told us the faults. “Worst customer service ever!”

Bought a griddle from this company. It was meant to be next day delivery but took 4 days to arrive and the when it arrived there was no plug! When we called the company they informed us that it needs a separate isolated switch and separate fuse in the fuse box, it cannot simply be plugged in, shame they did not tell us this when we rang up to order it or did not make it clear on their website. Despite negative comments I have just ordered a gas hob as it was the only one of its type I could find. Premier Range is a Google Certified shop so if you register with them your purchase is protected and they will sort out any problems for you. Hope this helps.
