Written on: 09/05/2013

The advisor from we will buy your wheels came out to see our car, we had been offered 14000 when she came it went down to 12500, we reluctantly accepted because we needed the money and they told us it was an instant cash payment that went into the bank within 24hrs, it has been 1 week and 1 day since they took the log book and made me an offer and I am still waiting to be paid now. we will buy your wheels have got my logbook for my car so I am unable to sell the car to anyone else and I also... “Waste of time”

Written on: 11/02/2013

Same old same old- offered a decent price in line then when took the car to them the offer was reduced by £2000! Same as another reviewer below - they tried to say our car had been in an 'incident' which was absolute rubbish. Disgusted that people like this are allowed to continue trading in the manner they are! And ive had to score them 1 star because the ite wont allow you to leave it empty - theyre not worthy of even 1 star! (read more)

“What a waste of time!!!”

Written on: 01/02/2013

After obtaining a valuation of £9100 I called to see this firm. Scruffy premises and even scruffier sales (sic ) person. Looked at my car with 8300 miles and went on to say it had been in an accident which is hadn't and also needed a service( which isn't needed for another 10000 miles ) and as for the valuation, he said the computer had made a mistake and the price offered is now £8000. My next step is to contact Trading Standards and alert them of this supposed firm. To say I am annoyed... (read more)

“Superb service”

Written on: 08/11/2012 by Mattyonline (2 reviews written)

Went on line and got a valuation which I was happy with. I was contacted to arrange an appointment. They turned up and inspected car, pointed out a few differences to the way I had described car such as 2 scuffed alloys and a scratch on front bumper, made a small deduction from website valuation which was fair enough. We agreed a sale price, I was paid within 24 hours and car was collected. I have already recommended my family to them. Great service, thank you. (read more)

Don't bother going or dealing with them they are a grubby... (read more)

I was selling an almost new car and I got the best price from 'We Want Your Wheels' so I made an appointment with them. When I arrived at the centre the assessor looked at my car then confirmed that they would give me the full online price. The money was in my account in three working days.
They even gave me a lift to the station! (read more)

similar story this company should be reported. If you are desperate to sell your car for any price I guess these time wasters are fine to use. If you are honest and want a fair price I suggest you look elsewhere. These are just looking to rip you off and wate your time taking your car to be valued and then offering you an incredibly low price (read more)

“This company should rename themselves " We want to...”

Written on: 12/07/2010

This company should rename themselves " We want to waste your time and Money". I had my car valued, took it to a garage to have it checked over and was certified to be exactly as I had described its condition if not even better.I was then told that they would like to purchase the car but for £1750 less than they had originally quoted. What a joke. What a wate of time and money from my behalf and also from the garages point of view. I would strongly recommend you don't get caught on this and... (read more)
