This is my 4th canvas montage in 6 months, but this time I have had hideous problems uploading the photos (think it's my internet). I, too, had a limited timescale as the montage was for a birthday present. Each time I called You Frame, I spoke to lovely people who really seemed to care about the problems. We had some problems uploading the photos to the transfer site. I am not sure if the problem was with the FTP site or with our computer/internet connection. What is important though is that when we contacted You Frame they were helpful in that they were happy for us to use another method to get the files to them, both using a different transfer site or by sending a USB stick. I was alitle disappointed with the format of the picture, there were many spare spcaes, i feel that you have could have filled and overlapped the photos better, maybe instead of 100, asked for 130 it took 6-7 weeks from order to delivery, despite stating 10 days on the website - poor communication as i had to keep chasing. Whilst it may have been mentioned in the small print, it was certainly not made clear as I may not have purchased. Time to deliver was ridiculous, Took nearly a month to arrive. When it did arrive I must have missed a large part of the ordering process where I said was all I wanted was a large piece of paper. i should also add that i believe at one stage I believe my last order was lost and/or forgotten about. it wasnt till i chased them by phone aftre waiting for some time that they suddenly found and processed my order.
The functionality of the photo management on the website is also very old fashioned, a very basic way to upload pictures...something you would have seen in the mid 90's. This company needs to get with the times and look at the functionality that other companies provide
