General comments: This Book (David Hardcastle, Tuning Rover V8 Engines: How to Get Best Performance for Road and Competition Use) is very very Informative, well written and detailed. Don't expect to carry out all works though, without any technical know-how!
Nevertheless, I enjoyed it thoroughly and read it several times. If you have any interest in this V8 engine then you will not go far wrong!
