“Worst mobile network EVER !”

First of all: one star rating score is already too much!!! Why I can't select none ? Because of confusing billing system and being charged twice for the same top up (three or four times) I decided to change network so I sent an email at Customer Services on 9th of September asking for PAC code. Got the reply next day asking me my details which I did the same day. Nothing received after... Very poor and confusing billing system and poor customer service I switched to them 2 month ago for the deal £5 for 300 minutes. They charged me twice for the first month. Then they blocked my call because they said I was in debt of some money. I rang them then pay by my card. The next month they still billed me for the amount which I already paid. Ordered free sim card - never received it. Bought to call to Latvia - advertised as 1p per minute. but sometimes for same number they charge you 15 sometimes 1p.called customer service - was promised to receive refund in 24h. Never happened. Week later tried to do online top up. First time got screen transaction failed , did it with 2nd time. Rubbish service and customer service, totally time waisters. not surprised with the reviews every where after my bad experience so AVOID and DO NOT USE vectone or you can face this bad experience also. Couldn't agree more. Lost service on 21 August, as did my partner. Unable to make calls or send texts. Still no service on 23 August. Customer service constantly engaged. There have been problems on and off ages but this is the final straw so I'm changing providers. No good being cheap if you don't get a service.

The customer service staff are not bothered to call back when customers have complaints although they promise to call back! I have sent five emails but nobody bothered to respond. I had to call every day to get a response and even asked for a manager. I have called the customer services for the past 12 days trying to speak with a manager but they always have excuses to say that the manager is at a meeting or not available. the pennies you think you are saving will cost you triples on the hidden charges plus the connection fee..... Yes your absolutely true, the customer service staffs always deceive customers by giving fake promise, the company is a fraud company, take customer monay and never give the connection or the refund.even if they give the connection they give for a short period, not as promised.please do not buy any packages from vectone, they are the most cheating people and company in uk.

Basically I was advised by a friend to try out a payg vectone sim. Apparently for just £10 you get unlimited calls for the month so I buy one from a local market and successfully top up with £10 credit . Now after topping up I was to realise that this was a waste of money, the reception is awfull no one can ever hear you, the phone cuts out more than any other network, then after about a week the sim completely stopped working!
