“£10 for unlimited text, calls, internet never activated”

I topped up mu phone to activate the £10 unlimited bundle. Some money was taken off my debit card, have tried command *1001# to activate but i get a msg dismiss you have no credit. Have been calling vectone everyday almost 3-4 times. They keep telling me that i never bought credit. Emailed support services with the screen shot of my bank statement showing the money taken out. “No incoming calls, cannot receive text messages”

Using Delight mobile which is the same company as Vectone. No incoming calls, cannot receive text messages. Customer service number does not work most of the time. When I do get through after thousands of times of trying, I have to wait on the phone for 30 minutes to speak to customer services. Customer services tell me to switch off my phone, take out the SIM card and put back in again and manually reset network. I follow their instructions, it doesn't work. “The worst network ever, utter scum”

It's been 3 days and still haven't got signal on my mobile. I tried to contact them but no answer (couldn't get to them via phone call, or email either). There's no way to get hold of anyone from vectone. The custumer service is rubbish, none answers and nothing makes sense (for example is telling you to prss option 3 to talk to someone and then you get cut off and your call is ended). “Vectone Mobile – Rubbish”

When is £10 only £9.993 ? - When you top up with Vectone Mobile and try to take advantage of their £10 PAYG national Package (unlimited calls, texts, data) I bought a £10 top up and successfully loaded it on my phone. This is my first month with vectone network and I really faced a lot with them. I have activated the £10 pound bundle pack. According to the bundle it say unlimited text, unlimited calls and unlimited Internet. From then I couldn't access the mobile data, it often gets OFF. I nearly made 10 calls to the customer service and also mailed them twice regarding the same issue but still the problem exist for me. “Do not waste your money, time and health.. never Vectone”

I did unfortunately start working with Vectone as my mobile phone net provider in Austria. I say unfortunately, because I have an issue ticket opened with them (i.e. I cannot receive calls from T-Mobile network users) for longer than three weeks and after calling them dozens of times nobody was able to actually solve the problem. I have a 30 day rolling contract with Vectone. I was asked to top up as I had exceeded my £5 limit. I did this on line, and the payment was accepted on line, but I still could not make any calls. “worst customer service, a robbery company”

I was using Vectone pay as you go and then applied for a 10 pounds a month plan. After I was transfered to the 10 pounds each month plan, my 30 pounds balance disappeared!! I called customer service several times, it took me 5 minutes for the first can, 15 minutes for the second one and 25 minutes for the third one. I guess I was black mailed. This company is the worst I have come across. Every time you phone they give you different answers. Cannot get anything right. Still struggling with this setup. I cannot understand why The ombusdsman or Ofcom take some action on this company. If they cannot provide the expected service it should be closed down or penalty should be put on this company. I ordered a pre-paid pay and go SIM a couple of weeks back. Instantly I got a nice email saying it'll be with me in 3 to 5 days but they'll email me and let me know when it's dispatched. 5 days later no email. Was going to phone but on 6th day it arrived. “Not as advertised, and zero customer service”

I've experienced the same as others, they advertise a £5/month UK pocket saver but then keep reducing your main credit by pennies at a time until it's all gone, so it actually costs over £10/month in reality as you have to keep topping up. You get no answer on the 322 customer service number (just on hold music for well over 20 mins), and they have never responded to a single website initiated email. I WAIT SOME DAY AFTER I SEEN FROM 01/12/2014 TO 04/12/2014 THERE IS CALLS I DONT KNOW ABOUT THAT, THEN I CALLED MY NUMBER THERE IS OTHER PERSON ANSWERING LOOK AT THIS COMPANY.
